I needed a quick and reliable sale to clear my PCP end payment bubble, to make sure I got as much equity out of the bike as I could with the least hassle. I reached out to Damon at Sargents and he offered me a very very fair price over the phone, after a few back and forths clarifying the deal (my fault not his) he ended up doing a 300+ mile round trip journey to collect my bike for me - for which he only charged a very very reasonable fee as well. I honestly couldn't be happier with the customer service he provided, absolutely professional and true to his word from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next bike from him even if he is 170 miles away, having a reliable point of contact in this world is worth its weight in gold. I bought a Ducati Multistrada v4s off Damon unseen in April 2026, 4 years old. Damon and his wife delivered the bike to me in West Wales, a 10 hour round trip. The bike was exactly as described, full MOT'd and all paperwork was provided including HPI checks. He arrived exactly at the time agreed and has been very helpful and easy to deal with. Just purchased from Damon and all I can say is his service is second to none! From the initial enquiry about the bike after viewing the superbly detailed description/pics/vid on his excellent website to chatting with him, it becomes immediately apparent that he’s such a knowledgeable and friendly bloke to deal with. On top of that he delivered the bike for free which was well over 300 miles away from his base which was much appreciated and arrived at exactly the time he said he would. The bike itself was in fantastic condition and a credit to him and his business.
