I have never had such an uncomfortable experience ever when buying a used car! I put a £500 deposit on a red Vauxhall Insignia GSi and I noticed that the car didn't have the correct head lights fitted (IntelliLux LED Matrix but had the cheaper halogen unit's). I highlighted the issue to ------who agreed to replace them for the corrects headlights before I picked up the car. Well this is where the customer service ended and I received no more contract from Sascron after many emails and calls by myself. Taking into account that the red Insignia GSi has a cheap private plate on it and the headlights have been changed I believe someone is trying to hide a frontal accident at some point! which hasn't been recorded in the cars history on the old plate ( the car is now back up for sale with Sascron). I'm now trying to recover my £500 deposit from Sascron! with no replies to my calls or emails I'm sure its going to be a long arduous process!!!!! So my advice is: avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!!!
A four year old car would normally come with a spare key. If it didn't, you'd expect the customer to be told during the buying process, not have to ask on collection. And then to compound it, refuse to even contribute towards the cost of a replacement. I'd recommend you either check EVERY SINGLE detail and get confirmation in writing before you part with your cash, or go elsewhere. I'd recommend elsewhere, personally.

Almost done a deal over the phone for a car, placed a £100 deposit for it, checked my bank and they had taken £199, I asked about this and was told it’s the deposit and a holding fee but I’ll get the money back when I collect the car, I wasn’t happy at all, raised it with my bank and also asked for a full refund. Two days after making the payment I was sent a bill which I had never seen or signed with a £199 admin fee added, trying to say that’s what I paid for! Manager has said he will issue a full refund within 5 days however it doesn’t sound promising and the customer service is shocking I have been blocked by the salesman so I cannot contact them, if I do not get a refund I will be pursuing a claim.
Despite a good salesman and smooth purchase of the vehicle, my issue has arisen with the aftersales care due to my vehicle being sold with an intermittent fault that is ongoing (that they failed to mention), and has resulted in my currently being carless and financially inconvenienced. Certain staff (Ian), are less than helpful over the phone and even manage to have a 'bad line' despite being on landlines! Resulting in myself being hung up on! Having spent £15,000 and having the car less than 2 months this is unacceptable and still no end in sight. The warranty company are useless and recommend repairers who in their own words 'do not have the specialists to undertake the investigation or repair' further more they only cover labour charges to a total of £60 per hour! The dealership that currently have my car for investigation charge in excess of £100 per hour. As the car was sold with this fault less than 2 months ago..... who is liable for the interim? I definitely should not be especially on top of the inconvenience and travel fares I am left to incur.
Avoid like the plague
....worked few days for them scammers greedy thi**es !!!! after 5 years and few trips to them still didn’t get paid, cheque they gave was deliberatly written wrong so worth nothing
Wish I had read these reviews before being ripped off for £1000 ! Do not sign any paperwork, deposit is non refundable but they dont tell you that
Spent a significant amount with these guys and still their customer service is a joke. They fob you off. Stay away buy somewhere else

I arrived wanting to see the car I had reserved which had gone for a MOT in the event I wanted to purchase it. Josh Ayling was the salesman assigned to me & was very informative about the progress of the car. He continued to up date during my wait. After waiting around 45 minutes the car arrived looking slick. I looked the car over & checked out the basics as I’m no mechanic. I was pleasantly impressed how clean & Immaculate the car was with very low mileage. Josh was not pushy about me buying the car & answered all my questions. I spoke to my partner & my son via video chat & agreed to purchase it there & then. Josh provided a decent price for my C Class which I part exchanged. Although I never wanted to add a 3 year warranty to the price, I can rest assured the car is covered. If it wasn’t for Josh’s calm approach & great sales technic I may have drove away in my old car. Disappointedly the same day an issue with a defective aux battery Manifested which was sorted the next day.
