Be aware of Sascron!!!!! Angelo the manager lied us in our face saing this the car issues were fixed when they weren’t. Huge Lack of communication between dealer and customer. We ve done a few waisted trips from Bournemouth trying to collect the car. Poor preparation of the car. Also our advisor Tony lied to us that he s going to send us the service history of the car which ‘accidentaly’ was not found on the paperwork when we picked up the car. Also a lot of hassle until we got the actually V5 on our name. After about 3 weeks and a lot of phone calls the problem was sorted. We ll not recommend to but from this dealer.

Purchase went ok after getting to RG19 8BJ by train about 1.5hrs. A week later I had an power/pulling issue with the car which was well documented in the service book but was not told about it. I also was not told about the broken inside mirror on passenger seat side, and loose repair kit in boot. The guy called "Londrin" who was kind one minute said to me then that I was on my own and quite rude, suggesting that maybe I even put diesel instead of petrol. I couldnt even get bare warranty to take my car to a garage near me, and never had a return phone call. Seems you are treated well when you agree to everything. He told me to pay hundreds of pounds to cover me so that I could have my vehicle checked. The finance company came to the rescue after a month of agony. The jury is out there!

The service wasn't bad as such, the issue we had was with the amount of faults we had that arose on the cars. This meant we had to keep returning and spending days without the car which was convenient.

Things were initially good. couldn't fault them. However things started turning sour after the car came up with some faults that would set me back a lot of money. In the end however they did help sort all issues out so everything seems good.

I have just purchased my new car from Sascron and can say it was one of the most pleasurable car buying purchases I've ever made. Everything was taken care of, including servicing of the car before purchase. Jon was very helpful, and kept a very good level of communication throughout the process. Even the whole of the paperwork when picking the car up was taken care of. Would highly recommend Sascron to anyone. They have a massive selection of cars, and their sales team are of the highest standard. Thank you again!

Firstly, it wasn't clear that there are two sites - one for the premium cars and one for everything else. Of course, I arrived at the wrong one for me! The whole atmosphere was unpleasantly pressured. As some others have said, before I could test drive I was asked to confirm that if I liked the car I would put down a deposit that day, and pay and collect within four days. I wasn't, to be fair, asked for a deposit before, which would have made me walk there and then. Even though I had rung the day before the car I had come to see had a flat tyre, and when started came up with the message 'headlight bulb fault', which didn't inspire confidence. The front tyres were at about 3mm, and would have needed replacing within a few months, which I don't think was reflected in the asking price. When they asked me how much I was looking for for my p/x, I was told that the salesperson's manager had had to 'pick himself up off the floor', even though they agreed, in the end, to nearly that amount. the salesperson was pleasant enough, but knew nothing about the car at all. the test drive I was allowed was very short, and not on particularly varied roads. They were most put out when i said that wasn't the car for me. Not my sort of outfit at all.

I live in London, some 50 miles from Sascron cars. I imagine most people do as it’s in the middle of nowhere. I booked in a visit to view a car stating I wanted a test drive. I arrived at the showroom, the car was opened for me and I looked it over. I went back into the showroom and sat down with a salesman. He began to fill in a form. This is when I found out you had to arrange finance and a deposit for the vehicle BEFORE EVEN DRIVING THE THING. I was told it was company policy and their philosophy was just to sell as many cars as they could. I asked, why would I arrange finance (I would have been a cash customer, surely quite appealing to them) when I didn’t even know if I liked the car or it had any obvious faults? Could we could overlook ‘company policy’ until I was happy with the car? The salesman stood up and offered his hand in a gesture of farewell. I left, fuming. Fortunately I was en route west from London to another destination and the inconvenience was only an hour extra onto my journey. After an internet search of reviews of this insult of a business I discovered many other people experienced this ridiculous system. It’s quite clever. Because of the incredibly remote nature of their location, most have to make an extended journey to view a vehicle and probably feel trapped once they’re there. I see that many ‘deposits’ have never been returned and Sascron have been taken to the small claims court by numerous customers who obviously did not want the vehicle after a test drive. There are other cases of them not fixing problems with cars people have bought (something you could maybe eliminate on a TEST DRIVE) and again, their out-of-the-way location means returning the car to them for repair is a major headache. If you are happy to buy your car this way then go for it. However, if buying a car is a serious and major financial commitment for you and you expect a test drive before discussing any sort of purchase, avoid Sascron None of this is mentioned on their website and I was not told of the procedure on the phone. In fact it was implied that there was serious manoeuvrability on the stated price which further lured me in to their deceitful web. Put simply, no concern for customer care. An absolute joke of a company.
