Spent a significant amount with these guys and still their customer service is a joke. They fob you off. Stay away buy somewhere else

I arrived wanting to see the car I had reserved which had gone for a MOT in the event I wanted to purchase it. Josh Ayling was the salesman assigned to me & was very informative about the progress of the car. He continued to up date during my wait. After waiting around 45 minutes the car arrived looking slick. I looked the car over & checked out the basics as I’m no mechanic. I was pleasantly impressed how clean & Immaculate the car was with very low mileage. Josh was not pushy about me buying the car & answered all my questions. I spoke to my partner & my son via video chat & agreed to purchase it there & then. Josh provided a decent price for my C Class which I part exchanged. Although I never wanted to add a 3 year warranty to the price, I can rest assured the car is covered. If it wasn’t for Josh’s calm approach & great sales technic I may have drove away in my old car. Disappointedly the same day an issue with a defective aux battery Manifested which was sorted the next day.
Bought a car from Sascron before lockdown. I wanted to wait to write a review but even now, I am extremely pleased with the service and product I received! No pushy salesmen, great customer service throughout. I purchased a warranty from them, thank goodness I did as I had a gearbox issue that was rectified with no hassle, very swiftly and professionally. Would definitely recommend. Sascron helped my lockdown experience be a positive one!!
Extremely bad after sales support /customer service - any problems they ignore emails & fail to return phone calls, how they continue to trade i do not know, wish i had read there dreadful reviews on fb etc Never experienced anything like it before, always buy cars from dealerships - very irresponsible & deceitful

Sounds like they treat all their customers with no respect or morals, I had same experience with responses. They have never called me, sold the car that I had paid a deposit on, saying I cancelled the contract, but will not send me a copy of the cancellation, still owe me £1000.
Nick Walker, and his colleague Steve were really efficient and supportive in the purchase of my latest car in November. The part exchange was fair for my old car, and the attention to detail on the new one, with new MOT and little extra touches reassures your faith in car sales companies. A really nice company to deal with.

complete waste of my time and dishonest sales men ...apparently they are not allowed to sell any of their cars at the advertised price. You must purchase one of their warranties (guessing they make some commission for this perhaps?). They knew how far I was coming to view, and purchase the car, but still didn't tell me about hidden, compulsory warranty costs until the last minute. Maybe they thought I would be more obliging after investing so much of my time and actually finding the car I wanted. Still absolutely stunned that they advertise prices which are wrong, and you have to buy their warranty! Appalling customer service and no ethics from Sascron.
Tom at Sascron was very helpful and helped us find a car that was right for us. Sadly it all went wrong when his manager got involved, the manager was very pushy about us taking out their finance which we didn’t need, to the point of changing car to make the repayments cheaper. Warranty is also extra. We’ve since found another Volvo with 10k less miles for £2k less with warranty new mot, service and breakdown included, plus there was no admin fee. All in we found this place very expensive, with terrible service
Had the misfortune of visiting Sascron today in search of a mini for my daughter , car we went to see had numerous cosmetic damage which we were told would be fixed prior to collection, asked for a test drive to be told this would only happen if I left a deposit, was then asked if I wanted the option warranty which I rejected to be then told they wouldn’t sell the car to me unless I took the warranty ,also if I wanted the damage repaired I would have to pay for it, decided I had heard enough and left.
