DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE,I got sold a vehicle with 1 years m.o.t which actually had 3 vosa faults,meaning the car was unroad worthy but they said they would fix it,im still waiting just under a year later,also the engine completely went 12 days after the 3 month warranty and they have done nothing and are taking no reaponsability so we should all club together and get something done about scottbaillie cars trading

Bought a vehicle with a rotten/holed chassis and a new mot from Scott Baillie!! They refused to refund!! They have no idea about customer service and should be closed down! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
I have bought 2 vehicles from Scott Baillies within a year as I am disabled and through my own fault i chose the wrong vehicle first time. My finance company were great in organising the finance and Scott Baillies tried to undercut my trade in price on vehicle which my finance company soon sorted. I have had my second vehicle 7 weeks and it broke down i am expecting a repair bill of £1700 which the warranty only covers £500 which i was never told by SB. As stated I am disabled and now without a car but I refuse point blank to pay for any repair after 7 weeks so Trading Standards will be phoned if a satisfactory outcome is not found.*********** Just an update on my previous post, Scott Baillies are repairing my car and also giving me a courtesy car to get about which they didn't have to do. Michael the owner has been really helpful in arranging everything, now I would recommend Scott Baillies to friends as they have outdone themselves with customer care, thank you Scott Baillies.

This so called company should not be trading. If you want a heap of hassle they are recommended. There after sales assistance is appalling, customer focus non existent, to date unable to agree to repair car. Not all staff are rude but some need to go to be trained on customer care. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. you would be better throwing your hard earned money in the Clyde. You have been warned. They also do not keep to honouring the extended warranty
This is the first time i have been to this garage and intially i was very happy with everything. However I have had a couple of issues since, a couple have been resolved very quickly, so cant ask for more than that. A couple are still going on!!! I know its not down to the garage, so all i can hope is they are fixed asap. I would still recommend them

I cannot fault this dealer, my test drive was with the owner himself and I was very impressed not only with the quality of the car but how knowledgable and professional the staff were. The cars on the forecourt were all exceptional and the car I purchased with the help of Carloan4u was maxing. I most definitely ill return in the future and would recommend them to ny one. My lovely Honda is a dream to drive and I love it, thank you.
