If I’m being totally honest, it was my husband who went to check out the car and take it for a test drive. So imagine my surprise when I came home from work to find a shiny Mazda CX-5 sitting on my driveway! It was lovely and a massive upgrade from my old car. Guess who’s now enjoying the new ride—definitely not my husband! 😜

Everything is going great with my SEAT Ateca. This is my first time using SCS Autos, and I found them through Exchange and Mart. Kam and the rest of the team were absolutely lovely and made the whole experience super easy. No complaints so far (touch wood!) Great service from SCS Autos in Watford; a no-pressure car buying experience where the staff just leave you to it but are happy to help if required. My Lexus was immaculate inside and out upon inspection, and it had clearly been washed, etc. again upon collection. Jack was great. The car is running perfectly so far, including a recent 1,500-mile holiday, and I believe I've still got a warranty for a bit longer anyway.

Everything has been spot on with my new Smart so far! The car is perfect, and Jack was super helpful and made sure everything was sorted out for me. There was a small hiccup at first—my Smart didn’t come with a three-pin lead, which is kind of essential for an electric car—but SCS Autos really went above and beyond to sort it. They didn’t just leave it at that; they actually went out of their way to get one for me, which I really appreciated. I’m genuinely happy with the whole process.
