I really like how Jack at the dealership handles the process. I gave Jack the deposit and asked if he could hold the car for 2 weeks until I was able to collect it, which he did with no issues. I actually came across the dealership by reading a review of someone having a similar experience to mine. I would give them a 10+5 stars if I could. On top of that, the car has been all good not managed to do a lot of mileage but a good amount. Extremely happy with the service.

Jack absolutely deserves a five-star review for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions promptly, and was very accommodating — even allowing a third-party independent inspection before purchase. He also arranged a timely were most definitely met.
