SCS Autos provide great service - They're a proper garage! Jack is a very kind, helpful, professional salesman who worked his socks off for us. They even made an aftersales phone call 3 weeks after collecting the car to make sure everything was okay, and that really shows how much these guys care. Absolutely outstanding customer service from beginning to end.

I'm so glad I made the switch over to an electric vehicle - I can't believe the cost saving!!! I opted for a Cupra Born from Kam at SCS Autos and it's absolutely brilliant. I'm travelling around 80 miles in it to / from work three days a week - Having a home charger has been a godsend as I've never been caught out or had range anxiety. Kam was a superstar who couldn't have done more for me if he tried - He even stayed late out of hours to make sure I had everything I needed. If I could give a rating of 10 out of 10, I would.

I'd previously owned an Audi and never had a single issue, so I decided to go for an A3 this time around. I did some research on the internet and came across an advert on Autotrader by SCS Autos in Watford. Being the sceptic I am, I did some research into them, reading recent reviews and looking at the website etc - It's safe to say they lived up to the hype! A good selection of cars and the handover was well done. Bought a Lexus which has been as expected. A few niggles with the car (minor) but all resolved satisfactorily.

I've had no issues with my Audi Q2 and I'm quite happy with it. It's a lovely car with a very smooth and silent drive. I was very impressed with how good the MPG is on the motorway with it being a bigger car. This was my first time visiting this dealership, and I came without any recommendations from people I knew who had been here before, but I found the whole experience really easy and the dealership itself is very accessible. I'd give them an easy 5 plus plus rating. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others looking for a car.

My son is really happy with his BMW. I wasn't with him on the day but he mentioned that the team was more than helpful throughout the whole process and helped him every step of the way. I've also not heard him complain about the car so I can assume everything is running well.

I couldn't be happier with my BMW 520i Touring, it's been a great little motor and I look forward to putting plenty of miles on it in the years to come. It was my first time visiting SCS Autos but I can't think of anything that I'd change about my visit because everything went smoothly and everything was explained to the letter.

So far I'm happy with the car that I purchased from this company. I've used it every day since and haven't come across any issues. I will be sure to keep an eye on everything but fingers crossed everything stays as it should.
