I was totally put at ease through the sale process and felt reassured. The dealer Neil knew the cars he had to offer.and answered my questions indepth. Having read the other review I am genuinely shocked at the customer's feedback. I would therefore like to share my very different and positive experience of dealing with Select Motor Trading. I recently bought a car from Neil and felt it was important to spread the word about the great service I received. I had excellent communication right from the beginning through to the sale. Neil is a really personable and approachable guy, and so willing to help, which wasn't what I expected from a dealer. He was always just at the end of the phone if I had any queries. This was only my second time of buying a car on my own so I was quite apprehensive but Neil really put me at ease and knew his stuff. I would not hesitate to recommend Select Motor Trading to any friends or family.
