Purchased a car from Sentinel and its fantastic, I went with a the Volvo XC60 and its very easy to drive and lovely and comfortable. The sales guy was excellent and he arranged for the car to be delivered to my door, it was on time and in beautiful condition upon arrival.

From the moment of buying my Volvo XC90 with Sentinel I have always been super happy with their service, I take my car back now for any maintenance work, they are honest, genuine and trustworthy. I love everything about Sentinel everybody is really nice and there's nothing they wouldn't do to help. I find the reports are always in depth and highly detailed, so I'm aware of the over-all condition of the car. I wouldn't want to take my car elsewhere!

Sentinel have always looked after me and my cars. The customer service is always spot on and I'm more than happy with the jobs they carry out.

I have been using Sentinel for around 2 years now, I have taken different cars to them and they have provided the best of the best! I recently took my Volvo XC60 for a service, and I got a whole lot more than just a service! The car came back immaculate, they did a full valet, inside and out, polish, buff the lot - I was massively impressed. They had everything done quicker than expected and any communication I had with the team at Sentinel was speedy, and professional. Great dealership/garage with great staff!

The reason I always go back to Senitnel with my cars is the clear and in-depth information... I am provided with a video of everything, they do a all round maintenance check whilst servicing and give video proof of the the bits and bobs. It gives me a great insight to the car and how its performing. I have always taken my Volvo's here and will continue to do so, I pass on the recommendation to other road users frequently. I have no reason to not give full marks, I can't even say there's room for improvement as its all a fantastic service.

The customer service is brilliant, there is no waiting around, they are well organised and on top of everything. I dropped my car off, the guys let me know as soon as it all completed and I went back to collect, no messing! They did a thorough rundown with me of the findings and what they had done. Everything was explained and I left knowing the full history of the service. I recommend Sentinel Cars, especially for all Volvo needs, they are quite the specialist.

I was more than pleased with how I was treated when taking my car in to Sentinel cars. Every time I go here they are super efficient and always get everything done in a timely manner. I highly recommend!

I was quite impressed actually. Nothing is too much for these guys and they will always go the extra mile. These guys worked very efficiently and even picked my car up, then when it was done, dropped it back off. A special shout out to the delivery guy also for waiting for me for 15 mins, even then he didn't complain and showed me a great level of respect and customer service. What I really liked was, the video I got when they was basically inside the car, the bonnet, the trunk and when the car was on the ramps. I got a video of everything, showing me 'here are your brake pads they are fine, these wont need doing'. They didn't try and find problems, like I've found before and they didn't try to get more money out of me! They showed me all of the levels of the maintenance and up keeping, it was a full personalised service, and one like I've never received before. A special shout out to the delivery guy, he was one in a million!

I am very happy with the customer service I received down at Sentinel Cars. The service was done and dusted within a day which was absolutely brilliant. The price was really good too! I couldn't of been happier. The guys are all very kind and helpful and always up for a chat!
