bought a car from Severnvale Cars, within 3 days was losing oil. called them to complain. was told to drive it back to them (over 100 miles). I told them that wasn't possible, could they collect it? They said no. Had to get the oil leak fixed, £380. They refused to reimburse me. 2 weeks later, brake discs needed replacing. Another £300 gone. Complained, called, wrote letters, no answers. No wonder they've gone bust. Don't ever deal with a Carl Hawkins, dodgy as they come that one

A massive Thank you to Ricky at Severnvale Cars for replacing my Starter Motor at such short notice. This was off course covered by the 15 month Warranty that I was given when I purchased the Car.

I purchased a Citroen in jan with there 15 warranty, I have had so many problems with this car and regret going here because after phone calls and many emails they just dont care about me or my car. I highly advise you avoid this place

My experience of this dealer has been shocking sold me a car with a fault then refused to fix it told me he'd see me in court rather than fix the problem when I fired a few facts regarding my rights he then offered to buy the car back. I then noticed the car has been relisted black Peugeot 308 THP the fault will not of been fixed only for the next poor customer to inherit the sales man is pushy. wished I'd listened to my instincts and avoided like the plauge

Apalled- We agreed a deal over a Ford Fiesta and were told over the phone the car was ours and he would ring back within the hour to arrange payment of the deposit (after saying he would not be in the office after five to meet us to pay in person and was busy with another client)- a sold sticker was indeed on the car when we went to look and as far as we were concerned it was confirmed to be ours. After not hearing back the next day, we rang to ask for an update- he said he was busy and would ring back. After not hearing AGAI, we rang two days later and he informed us the car was sold to someone else because he hadn't heard from us and couldn't get in contact (despite having FOUR contact numbers)!! Obvious lies and obviously double crossed. Will never use again.

I arranged to view a car, and was met with, what seemed to be a very dissintersted salesperson. I was handed the keys and left to find the vehicle myself on the lot. No one came out to me while I viewed the car. I handed back the keys in the office without being asked what I thought of the vehicle. I was not impressed!! Won't be returning. The car was what I was looking for, but I expect if the after sales is as good as the sales pitch It won't be good
