DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. From start to finish was a joke. £250 deposit left over phone and told could get refund if was unhappy with car. The car wasn't as explained BMW 1 series coupe, only one key told had two on phone an was an doctor car before lie lie lie.£8000 cost and two weeks later timing chain had gone at a cost of £1150 and this was paid by me. They are rude pushy don't want to help. Mancash an Kasair who i had to deal with. Kasair is so rude once they have your money they dont care. i had to get my legal team to send letter loads of stress an extra cash. But note Kasair will be driving a nice new car with no issues or problems from your hard earned cash, whilst your left with his shocking cars. Stay away.

I bought a car from Signature Cars in August 2013. The vehicle I had from them was a BMW 5 series. Within the first two weeks of owning this vehicle I had the engine management light coming up telling me there was some engine fault. I got back in contact with Signature Cars and they were very rude and unhelpful. And were just not interested in resolving this problem. I definitely won't be buying off them ever again. Very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I believe this firm has ceased trading and are trading under a new name Signature Cars Platinum and/ or Motion Cars. Kaiser, Huram and Mankash are the people who I came across at this dealership who made my experience unpleasant. Buyer beware, I would say buy at your own risk.

*Avoid Signature Cars at all costs *. Bought a BMW 3 series from Signature Cars for £7495. Within 15 miles a fault code appeared on the trip computer, it turned out to be £575 worth of part and labour. Car advertised with full service history, turned out it was due a service 2/3 months before purchase and the tracking was way out. Sold with no sat nav disc or users manual. After nearly 12 months, we finally have all issues resolved, thanks to signature cars?? Oh no no no. Thankfully the finance company have sorted them for us as Signature Cars are lazy, arrogant, rude, unhelpful, and a generally not a good used car dealership. I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them. Their 25 point check is laughable, their 3 month engine & gearbox warranty is worthless and they don't give a care about their customers. I heard a rumour they had ceased trading, hopefully that's the case so a few less people will come across them. They lie, change their names, say that staff who made promises to you have left, delete fault codes on vehicles and basically mislead you. Quaser and Adam were the names of the guys who I dealt with, personally I think they were the same person. Never met one, never spoke to the other over the phone. It's all part of their act I think to be evasive. Just in case anyone is still unsure on Signature Cars after reading my review, AVOID AVOID.

Signature Cars appear helpful and nice when they believe things to be going their way. When finance deal had a hick up they were very pushy and didn't like the fact that the deal didn't work in my favour and were very rude accusing me of wasting their time. Would stay way clear from Signature Cars now on.

Don't use Signature Cars. Simple as that. Apparently Ceased trading end Feb 2015. Bought off eBay. All reviews seem to complain about Engine management lights. No different with me. Garage cleared the errors. Was promised an MOT and it failed to come with car. Front tyres were on wrong sides. Fog light broken. needed a new battery within a week.
