We recently have been looking for a new car for the wife and contacted Darrin at Silver Birch to enquire about a Mercedes GL350 he had in. We booked in the view the car and it was presented perfectly, we took it for a test drive and knew it was the car we were looking for. Darrin was very patient whilst we sorted funds out and picked the car up the next weekend, fully valeted and in top notch condition to drive away. We didnt feel pressured in the sale and didnt need to haggle as it was a reasonable price, almost looked at taking away a Q5 same time for the same reasons. When I'm ready to buy another car I'll definitely be giving Darrin a call before looking anywhere else. Top bloke selling top cars! Thanks again Darrin!

I like darrin the first time I spoke to him, no pressure he just told me what I wanted to know. I put a deposit down and travelled up from London a week later . Finally met him and was welcomed and felt like I could trust him . I recommend silver birch to anyone and everyone, nice cars nice man

I brought a car from Darrin the other day and the whole experience was great. Darrin picked me up from the train station, allowed me to view and test drive the car without interfering with me and trying to sell me the car like other salesmen tend to do. I therefore ended up purchasing the car, and am very pleased with my purchase.

We saw the car we liked so made contact to view the car. It was a Sunday morning he arrived on time and his hospitality was second to none. The car looked amazing and immaculately clean. He trusted the two of us to test drive the car and he didn’t rush us to make a decision. Once the decision was made to purchase the vehicle he helped us by arranging insurance and helped to tax the car so we could drive it away. He really was a great guy, we would definitely go there again and can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you; we love the car!!

Really couldn’t fault Silver Birch motor company, Was able to view car at own leisure without pressure sales tactics (previously viewed cars at other garages and felt harassed). All questions we asked were answered politely. Excellent service from start to finish and would highly recommend.
