Best experience I have had of purchasing a used car ! From arranging a viewing time to collecting the vehicle Darrin provides a smooth, hassle free, no pressure service! All the vehicles are shown in an undercover showroom valated to the highest standards . I purchased a beautiful Mazda CX-. 7 . 3 hour drive home and definitely happy with my purchase! This was the 4th CX-7 I had viewed from between the south coast and Loughborough, So glad I discovered Siver Birch Motor Company! Will be definitely recommending Darrin.

back in may I bought a BMW from Silver Birch Motor Company and the service was brilliant. here were a few small problems with the car but the dealer was happy to resolve them quickly and efficiently for me no problem. I visited Silver Birch Motor Company back in April to buy a BMW and everything went really smoothly. The Car is spot on and I have not had any issues up to now... It was really good value for money, really nice and clean and just what I was expecting. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a quality used car.

Have to write a review as this was the most stress free car buying experience ever,Darrin at Silver Birch Motor Company was very helpful and welcoming his cars are spotless throughout its well worth the journey if your looking to buy a car,we didn't feel pressured into buying a car either which was great as some dealers are in your face as soon as you get there. A genuinely nice bloke that's happy to help thankyou Darrin for a pleasant buying experience love our new Honda Civic thanks again.
Horrendous, in the 4 months I had the car, problem after problem. Repair bill was over £6000 for a car I bought for £5500!!! Had to trade it in which I only got £1700 for. Dealer didn't even discuss the problems with me, just referred to his legal advisors. Steer clear

The issue encountered with your gear box was covered by 'wear & tear' under the conditions of your warranty where you would have received a reconditioned gear box with a 2 year unlimited warranty.
