I had nothing but good service from this dealer. Tan was helpful and polite. No pressure and made it very easy for me. Really like my Lexus and i have recommend them to a couple of friends since my purchase . Thank you.

Went SM Specialist Cars as they were advertising a cheap Hyundai Coupe as I only needed a 'mule' to do the commute. Treated professionally even though the car was at the bottom end of their price range. Car has been great. Got a follow up call after 2 weeks to ensure all was well. Would recommend this dealership.

SM Specialist Cars sold me a car. Then I was waiting 2 months for the vc5 document. I receive the vc5 there was C cat Car. I paid like for good car. Car after crash , rubbish.
Keep away from SM cars!!!

Was just browsing Auto trader when I came across a car that I was interested in and the price was cheap.
So gave them a call thinking it would be gone at that price, to my amazement it was still for sale, so off I trot to the dealers to have a look. The sale team of Stefan and Jordon were very polite and courteous and there was no pressure from them to make me buy the car at all/
We agreed a price for my car and the deal was done would use the garage again Many thanks to Stefan at SM Specialist Cars.

Very professional dealers. Really helpful, friendly and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. I bought a BMW in September and I am very happy with it and it was a really good price. I would recommend this dealership.

SM Specialist Cars sold me a rubbish 320i bmw. I had to buy a new tyre as car tyre popped when joining m1 back to London. Then car engine gave up 4 months later leaving me in debt as car was financed.
Rubbish company in my opinion.

I disagree with SM Specialist cars they make themselves seem reasonable simply because they know you didn't ask them for a repair or refund. I know otherwise. Had you asked for a refund for your faulty car you would not have had a reasonable response.

I bought a ford from this dealership in June. The car had not been valeted and When I washed it it revealed a few scratched but other than that it was okay. It was seasonably good value for money But I have had to have the AC re-gassed and an oil change after only a week. I had this done at another garage as I didn't really want to travel back to the dealership.

Aftrr spending 6 months withoit a car, I finally bought a 07 Citreon Picasso from this dealer. The staff were amazing. I especially think that both Jordan and Stephan were great. I noticed a noise after purchase and took it back. They sorted it out immediately without any hassle. Now drives like a dream. Car was excellent value for the age and came with a full Citreon service history. Thanks guys.
