It's easy to leave a good review when you buy a car/van and nothing goes wrong with it... It's just a simple transaction. My experience wasn't that simple though, I purchased a van on Saturday and by the Monday the van had decided to commit suicide, probably through meeting me (can hardly blame the poor thing, really). But Chris was on the ball. 1 phone call and 30 minutes later there was a recovery truck and a spare (loaner) van outside my house waiting for me. He got me back on the road and my van fixed very quickly and is an absolute credit to SMC. Thank you again, Chris - 5* service

worst experience ever avoid this company at all costs. purchased van and then it was ready so they agreed to send me a curtesy car which was held together with tape and MOT ran out day after I got it aswell as broken window and engine light on and food on floor of it . then got a van which was of poor state awell still while waiting for my van . finally got my van had several issues so had to get finance company to step in and force them to fix after they had vehicle independent inspected and found loads of faults sent back to be fixed which took many weeks and then when I got back still didn't feel right so I had it checked and was told it should be on road as so much was wrong still so back to finance company who again had independent inspection again to agreed and finally had finance reversed also while it was being fixed the van i was sent then was shockingaswell and dash was like a light display of errors . AVOID AVOID AVOID WORST COMPANY EVER . I HAVE PROOF TO BACK ALL THIS UP FROM REPORTS TO PICTURES AND MESSAGES
