Purchased a 2003 motor from Smith Farm Autos and soon found out it had a major fault with the transmission. Smith Farms were unhelpful and it took lots of time and effort to get them to fix the issue. In the process they tried to blame me, deny there was a major fault and I had to endure months without my car whilst their poor excuse of a mechanic slowly fixed the issue. They refused to give me back my money when I asked so was stuck waiting it out. Please avoid this car dealer like the plague. They are awful.

Very good and stress free experience with our 1st car purchase from Smith Farm Autos. If you are looking for a friendly and helpful sales advisor then ask for Sam. He was very professional and did not push us at all at any point of the process. test drive and new Mot warranty ... It was only due to his 5* customer service that we end up buying the car here. Sam kept us informed about all the progress throughout and he deliver my Polo same evening and even he followup my queries.

Just bought my second car from this dealer , I was very satisfied with the full package I Have been offered , 5 x days drive away and 1 year AA breakdown along with 6 month warranty .to be honest I strongly recommend them as a trusty dealer , the finance was very smooth and the rate was better than I expected .

Never buy a car from these people. Failed to repair a car which was refused an mot a month after buying it. Returned the car but they haven't refunded purchase price and told credit card company that we'd sold it to a third party even though they still had the car! Intentionally put the wrong mileage on the contract so that it looked like we'd driven 600 miles on day one. Threatened to leave the car on the street and deny it had been returned to them. Wouldn't agree engine and exhaust needed repair even though independent garage said so. Transacted funds through a different company name HD Autos instead of Smith Farm Autos Ltd without explaining why. Never ever buy a car from these people.
