Bought a vehicle from Sparshatts of Southampton a month ago they were great they sold me 3 years warranty and told me my car had none already which is does phoned this evening 15 mins before close and someone picked up the phone i told him the problem he told me he is leaving now and hung up the phone. This is unacceptable from any form of retail especially car dealerships it seems as its all dandy when they selling you the car but after that you are an inconvenience. Also my car was listed as excellent condition although i am happy with its condition i would not class it as excellence as there numerous marks and deep scratches. 7/10 for customer service during sale 0/10 for any aftercare at all.
i purchased a Vauxhall from Sparshatts of Southampton back in March and i've had no issues with the car. Overall I would say it is a good dealer and i would recommend them.

I purchased a BMW back in July. The car is very good value for money. I have had no issues with it at all and the dealers were very helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend this dealership.

On purchasing my car it hadnt been MOT'd, however at the time I was under impression it would of been.I would still recommend Sparshatts overall for really good customer service. The car itself really is good value for money which is why that question scored top marks on my review.

When i bought my there was a small issue (that I believe the dealer was unaware of), this needed to be repaired which was done and very promptly. The dealership was helpful and there was no quibble. Sparshatts of Southampton certainly come with my recommendation.
