My Ford Focus has been brilliant—I absolutely love it! I use it daily, and it’s been running with no issues. This was my first time visiting Specialist Cars York, and I had a great experience. The salesman was really good, and I can’t fault him at all. He made everything feel really relaxed. Definitely a 5-star experience!

We've had a lot of interactions with Specialist Cars York over the years and we have never had a problem. No one handles the cars better than Kristian, he's always looked after us and his service is always A1! Because of his excellent communication, we always know where we stand.

Although I haven’t picked up my Porsche 911 yet, the customer service so far has been top-notch. Kristian has been incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and making the whole process smooth. I also had a great experience test driving the car, which helped me feel confident in my choice. I just need to get the car and see how I get on with it before rating my experience higher.

My son decided not to go ahead with the car we travelled to see, as he felt it was a bit too old for him at 19. But I have to say, the customer service was brilliant. Christian was a real gentleman and couldn't do more for us. He was even accommodating enough to let us come across on a Sunday, despite being closed. 5* service all the way. The information they provided was genuine and thorough. Highly recommend!

I recently sold my Range Rover to Kristian and as sales go, I think everything went to plan! There were no delays with payment, and I thought the price he gave me was fair because the interior needs some TLC.

I speak to Kristian regularly as I work with him a lot and he always checks in to see how the cars are working out for me. I have bought a few from him in the past and he has even sold one for me too. He always leaves a good impression so that is why I go back to him. He gets me everything I need and has the cars delivered in good condition too. They never need much doing to them. I really appreciate the way he is always letting me know if there is any fresh stock too.

The service from these guys is just spot on. They were really helpful and just dead easy-going, not pushy at all. I had a good look at the car before I made any decisions and took it on a quick test drive. There were no problems with it so I decided to take it. When I came back to collect it they had got all the paperwork sorted and it was ready to go. I have given it a few good blasts now and it is all running very well. They even gave me a couple of calls afterwards to check I am happy with the car which was appreciated. I would go back to them in the future for sure.

Kristian and his team are such a fantastic bunch! Very knowledgeable, honest and helpful! I bought a car from them in 2022 and the process was made much easier then expected from buying a car from a dealer. Kristian took time to understand my need in a car and also as a person! I then later needed help as I had road accident, he was so helpful and managed to help me find a car within a week. I doubt I will be going else where for any car issues. They 100% look after their customers! The cars have been great too.
