Love the car i just bought, went through Auto trader, but put in part X and the value for my minimum trade value was offered less from the garage, Next was warranty they only give 28days warranty and would like you to buy extra warranty at extra price on top? considering most garages offer minimum of 3months with some even offering 6-12months at NO extra charge, lastly never bought a car that didn't have a service before sale, yes they did 125 point check but that is not a service on the car which a customer will have to do straight away adding more cost to the car, in essence service plus warranty could be and extra £1000 added to the price of the car your buying that would normally come as standard from other dealers, as with my wifes car i bought only the previous month, fresh MOT, Fresh Service for piece of mind and 6mths Warranty all included in the Price .... All things considered my experience with spirit is still positive all in all just think what makes a company stand out is offering that little extra to there customers

Bought my Audi Q7 in March 2020 and having had a long and hard battle finally the vehicle rejected. The dealership attempted to fix it unsuccessfully multiple times and had it broken into twice ! And then handed the keys back without informing me . Headrests and monitors removed and tool kit stolen. The whole experience has been stressful and would not wish it on anyone. Lucky I bought on finance and didn't have to go through a legal battle. The owner is aggressive wen confronted with issues . Take my advice buy elsewhere.

No pressure from the staff just advice and options. Gary was helpful throughout the process and even after the garage uncovered a fault with my chosen car and it was delayed due to the part availability he kept me informed while the issue was resolved . I would definitely use Spirit motors again and encourage friends and family to do so as well.
Straight forward purchase, the car was 9 years old, with some age related marks, and priced well, I was allowed a 15 minute test drive, spirit, re moted the car, even though it had 5 months mot left. The car ready on time, as I was chuffed to bits ! PS loved Julie the company parrot, Based on my experience, I have to say 10/10.

I brought a Saab 9-3 convertible from Spirit Motor Company, and did i have problems. The owner which i beleive to be Mr Sadiq starts off friendly but then quickly changes his attitude I have spent over £1000 getting the car correct, the MOT was not worth the paper it was written on, as i got the AA to check the car and they would of not passed it in an MOT. The garage stated they gave the car 125 point check for which i cannot see what was checked due to there being know service history, and when i took my car to my garage they proved it had not been serviced due the oil being blacker than when it comes out of the ground If you decide to buy a car please take a mechanic or someone from the AA to fully check it out, and do not get caught out like i did
