I brought a 14 plate vauxhall astra 1.4 turbo back in August, from me viewing the car all the way to hand over I was kept well informed every step of the way from Sam. I've owned my car 3 months now I have done 3.5k miles in it and I have had no issues what so ever!! Very pleased with my purchase and when it's time I will be going back for my next car

Please get any cars checked independently when thinking of buying a car from this dealership , they are putting cars through mots from an mot centre that is dubious to say the least , passing cars that are not roadworthy , they do not answer any correspondence when you have an issue , if you look at previous reviews the owners favourite answer is there are 2 sides to every story and yes that is correct but I'd rather be giving 5 stars than 1 , the car I bought has a serious fault, minor issues that I would have happily payed for myself but all issues that would have shown during mot , I'm shocked and disappointed at the service I have received and the complaint is now in the hands of finance company and trading standards, I can provide proof of all of the above claims, just hope I can save another mug from buying a dangerous car

Go with a company registered with a motor trade association to protect your rights. They did not honour the consumer rights to return the car. Kept the car to fix it right upto the day before consumer rights expired. Took money out our account they were supposed to put in. Had to raise a dispute with the bank. Was spoken to in the most derogatory manner. Should have seen the complaint with trading standards to the end but it was breaking the relationship.

Spent 9k on an Audi that needed clutch replaced after driving it a few weeks. Front brake pads after 6 weeks. All in I’ve spent £1500 on the car trying to fix everything. About 4 months after having the car my wheel arches started bubbling with rust appearing all along the sills etc so basically I’m 10grand out of pocket for a pile of trash. Spoke to John again about the issues who didn’t want to help whatsoever and threatened legal action if I left a review as it’s slander. Well John there a difference between slander and leaving an honest review. You have bumped me out 10grand

As we all know there are 2 sides to every story, and what this Customer has failed to be up front with, is that he Purchased the Audi a Year ago and this is the First time that we every heard of any issues. If as he stated he had Problems with the Clutch and any other issues within 7 Weeks of Purchase why wait a Year to bring it up, as i can assure everyone that we deal with any Complaint and try to resolve it in an amicable way but to wait a Year !!!!!

ordered a car and it took over 5 weeks to supposedly get it ready, if the cars are so good why does it take so long g to fix them?!?!?!?!?... and how long will those botched up repairs last?!?!?!?!...

I would appreciate you letting us know what car you Purchased so that we can clarify the Vehicle and what took so long to prepare it as we cannot answer your comments properly and this might not have been us who you Dealt with as we have had issues with another SR Motor Dealer down South which has no relation to SR Motors in Glasgow.
Bought a Mini Cooper convertible & picked it up yesterday. It was a great price & John helped me with getting it taxed as well. They did a great job - full MOT & valet & replaced the break pads. As it is an older model they also gave me a Bluetooth transmitter with the car so I can pair my phone, really great. Thankyou so much.
