Dealing with SR Motor Group in Swindon was a privilege. The salesman explained everything in detail, and he talked me through the sales process with ease. I also received a follow-up call after I bought my car to make sure everything was okay. I love my Ford Kuga, it is the best car I have ever bought, and it is great fun to drive 👍

It was such a pleasure doing business with Ray at SR Motor Group, he was such a friendly guy and very easy to get along with. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the handover he could not do enough to help me. No task was too big or too small for him and he did everything he could have possibly done to make sure that the whole experience was nothing but plain sailing for me. I love my new Jag, it is a magnificent car and such a joy to drive. I cannot thank Ray enough for what he did for me and for helping me to find the car of my dreams.

All is well with my new Honda CR-V, couple minor little issues which the after sales care team are attempting to help me out with, nothing effecting the car and its functionality.
The engine seems bullet proof, sounds perfect and runs well.
The service has felt attentive throughout, all the team made a point of coming and saying hello while I was on site.
Great dealership, lovely staff, wide range of cars, value for money.

So, I didn't get the best first impression from SR Motor Group, the first person i met was clearly disgruntled about something and made that my problem.. If it wasn't for the second person I met being Kian, I would have likely walked away from the deal.
Kian was incredibly apologetic and really managed to clear the water. his customer service was phenomenal, there was a couple times I called with questions, he was very knowledgeable and gave me all the answers I needed. He met every expectation he set and that before we even get onto the car, an Audi A5, my third Audi so it's very familiar territory for me.
It' running a dream and I am made up with it, dare I say my favourite of the three.

Loving my new Toyota Yarris GR, it's only my second but I have always being big into my cars, I had a BMW 118i before and I must admit, this as been so much nicer and more exciting to drive.
The staff at SR Motor Group were oh so helpful with the sale, I am only 19 and they gave me the keys to go test drive for half an hour which is something I have had difficulties with in the past.
The service felt really good, I was at east, felt like I could trust the team, generally the experience was a very pleasant one and I am made up with my new motor.

This is the second Audi Q7 I have every owned, I for a brief period had an older model which I had sourced from the London Area, the car was an absolute mess with smoking issues and all sorts.. The experience with SR Motor Group has already been a complete contrast..
The customer service has been really nice, through and detailed information with a friendly and welcoming attitude. The DPF light has come on a couple times but cleared as fast when I have taken the car for a blat up the motorway, I had issues with the finance too but paid for an Experian credit report which highlight some open loans which were paid off 3 years ago so it appears the issues were more my side.
