I bought my car from SR Motor Group and I am extremely happy with it. The staff were polite, helpful and they accommodated my request to keep the car for me until I returned from my holiday. The car is in pristine condition and it runs smoothly. I trust this dealership because my parents also bought their car from them and it has been very reliable. I am very happy with my Honda CR-V which has been running smoothly and reliably since I bought it. The customer service from Simon was excellent, he was very polite, informative and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I cannot thank this dealership enough for all their help in my search to find the perfect car for me. The staff bent over backwards going through various options with me and they were very patient whilst doing so. From the initial contact to the collection of my car, Simon could not have been more professional and helpful. I purchased a Vauxhall Mokka from SR Motor Group based in Swindon, and although everything was great during the sale, I encountered a few issues soon after buying, I was a little disappointed and frustrated, so I contacted the dealership to express my concerns. I spoke to Sammy , the manager, who completed put me at ease. He asked me to bring the car back down for inspection and repair and apologised that this had happened. When I went back with the car, Sammy greeted me personally and took charge of the whole process, he was very professional, courteous, and attentive. He listened to my concerns and had the car checked thoroughly, explaining what the problems were and how they would fix them. He also followed up with me a few days later to make sure that everything was working well and that I was satisfied with the service. I was very impressed by Sammy's customer service and the quality of the repair. He turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one, showing that he truly cared about customer satisfaction, even after the sale.

I bought myself a lovely little Peugeot 107 from SR Motor Group, a few months has passed and the car is running really well, I am very pleased with it so far. I have a slight concern that I am having to top the oil up on a regular basis, every month with maybe an addition Liter every month, no oil patches under and around my car or any sign of a leak, I should speak to the team and see if they can help me get this fixed.
The customer service has been so wonderful, all the staff are really friendly, welcoming and happy to help at every opportunity.
SR Motor Group have a great online reputation and I can see why, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a new or used car.
