I had been looking for a car for quite a while and was so relieved to find exactly what I wanted at SR and not only that they could deliver it too!! Throughout the transaction we mainly communicated via email and all my queries were responded to promptly. The car was looking just as it should when it arrived with me and I've had no problems with it.

Really nice buying experience at SR Motor Group, the team definately want to make it work for you and got all the bits and pieces that needed attention on the car done for me before I took it away. I was nervous buying a second hand car but they made be feel really comfortable and they never pressurized me. Touch wood I've had no need to contact them for anything after the sale, the car runs well. I am really intrigued to know what air freshener the valeters use here because it smells AMAZING and I have nearly run out of it.

I absolutely love my Grand Cherokee but there are a few bits as normal that need addressing which comes with the territory of buying a second had car but on the whole I am happy with it. The team listened to my requirements and the customer service was good overall. Being in sales myself I did pick up on few things that would have improved my experience, nothing major though!

The customer service was excellent and the staff are very friendly. Lots of great cars to choose from at fair prices. I am very pleased with the Qashqai they supplied to me!

Bought a lovely little car for my daughter from here and she is absolutely loving it! When I bought my Tiguan from SR Motor Group it was an incredibly easy transaction! The team members who I dealt with were professional and polite, I felt comfortable throughout. The Tiguan is a very nice car and I like it a lot. I have encountered no issues with it since the purchase either 😊
