I've just upgraded my Mercedes CLC200 to a Land Rover Discovery Sport and WOW! What an upgrade! The difference in the cars is huge, but the change is highly welcomed. The Discovery is much higher, bigger and more comfortable to drive too. I'm getting there now with the size difference, I'm feeling confident in it and now I've figured out the space awareness I'm really happy with it. SR have been great throughout the purchasing process, no pressure on the sales side of things, it was nice to deal with nice salesmen. I noticed the SD card wasn't in the car as as soon as my other half let Simon know, he got one on order for us right away. I have had an great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend SR Motor Group as a fantastic dealer with very appealing stock.

I was dealing with a sales guy here who was quite new, I have to say he was absolutely brilliant, really really good. He had all the information, the details, knew the car well enough to describe it, his product knowledge was excellent! I went ahead and purchased the BMW 1 Series, its a fantastic car. I noticed the tracking was slightly out a week or so after buying, so contacted them and they got me a same day booking and got it rebalanced without hesitation, I was actually really impressed with how they resolved it with no quibble! I highly recommend to anybody thinking of buying a new car, I would happily purchase from SR again in the future.

I purchased an Audi Q5 at the end of July, everything went through smoothly and easily enough and the chaps there were spot on. I haven't had chance to drive it very much as I've been on holiday but I did a lengthy trip when I got it and so far so good. I'm looking forward to figuring everything out with car and getting to know it better. I'm happy with everything thus far.

I have gotten to know them well at SR Motor Group over the years! I would definately say the provide five star customer service to all their customers. My most recent purchase was a Range Rover Sport, we have three in the family now so you can definately say that we like them. So far everything is perfect with this one! No complaints as usual.

I LOVE my Polo!! And the customer service while buying it was UNBELIEVEABLE! There is nothing they need to improve upon, I was in there literally and hour and everything was complete! It was incredibly smooth and efficient, I would definately return.
