He also followed up with me a few days later to make sure that everything was working well and that I was satisfied with the service. I was very impressed by Sammy's customer service and the quality of the repair. He turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one, showing that he truly cared about customer satisfaction, even after the sale.

I bought myself a lovely little Peugeot 107 from SR Motor Group, a few months has passed and the car is running really well, I am very pleased with it so far. I have a slight concern that I am having to top the oil up on a regular basis, every month with maybe an addition Liter every month, no oil patches under and around my car or any sign of a leak, I should speak to the team and see if they can help me get this fixed. The customer service has been so wonderful, all the staff are really friendly, welcoming and happy to help at every opportunity. SR Motor Group have a great online reputation and I can see why, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a new or used car.

All is running very well with my new Nissan X Trail, I am booked in for servicing and MOT in the next couple days which might show a truer story however, the support up to now from SR Motor Group has been brilliant and I have faith if there are any issues, I will have help getting this resolved. I had a much older model X Trail previously, it was bullet proof! I knew what I was getting which was a large deciding factor why I went with an X Trail again. The team have been very helpful, ensured the car was clean, tidy and ready for me to collect, I am one very happy customer.
