I am so so pleased with how my experience with SR Motor Group, it went above and beyond my expectations, I didn't encounter any issues whatsoever! There was a little bit of haggling over the price of my part ex, however, we came to a reasonable agreement, so I am happy! I was dealing with Grace throughout the sale, and she was a superstar, she was so helpful and friendly, I can't fault her one bit. Although SR Motor Group is a bit of a trek from me, I would be more than happy to make the journey again, as I am so so pleased with my Clubman!

My husband found us a Nissan Juke online and it looked perfect for what we wanted, ticked all the boxes and the price was competitive for its age and low mileage. After deciding we wanted that one, we then arranged an appointment and came down to SR Motor Group to see the car, I fell in love instantly, I loved it was absolutely perfect. The customer service was superb from the first contact!! I will forever use SR Motor Group to buy my cars!!

The SR Motor group were fantastic during my purchase, I came down to take a look at a car I had seen online. I test drove the Golf R and I couldn't believe the cleanliness of it and how well the vehicle had been valeted, I was over the moon! The test drive was great, all went well, I enjoyed driving the car, it felt right for me like it was made for me. It was certainly right car right time right place. I could recommend this dealership all day to people, I am very happy to be telling people about my excellent experience down at SR Motor Group in Swindon!

Fantastic service, the staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. I felt welcome at the dealership and when I approached the guys about the small issue on the day of looking at the car they were keen to get it sorted ready for when I was coming back to collect the car!! No issues what so ever during my purchase and I am over the moon with that. I cant sing SR's praises enough!

I enjoyed my experience at SR Motors. The whole process was just so easy going and felt like second nature it flowed so easily. I can say the guys at this dealership really do like to look after their customers to the max. The Amarock is a little different to what I'm used to have but I am enjoying it and getting used to the car!P.s. No issues with the customer service and no issues with the car. Its a win win really and a non brainier I would definitely come back for my next car.

I 100% recommend SR Motor group for second hand cars. The Ford Focus is a sound car, and driving like a dream. Not a bad word to say about the car, I love it. The guys down at the dealership couldn't do enough for me they were so so helpful and everything they did made the process smooth. The dealership MOT'd and fully serviced the car before I drove it away, I lit can not praise them enough. Nice one to everybody who helped me.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for my new car I love it! The service I received was absolutely brilliant, just can not fault it at all! I cant remember the guys name dealing with me but hands down he was amazing. He really went the extra mile on so many occasions. From start to finish he did everything we asked him too, and more!
