When you have bad experiences in the past it slightly knocks your confidence and trust in people when it comes to buying cars from dealerships. Buying a car is a huge purchase and commitment for me so I needed ensure I wasn't going to get stung like I have previously. I had a really bad experience before coming to SR Motor group so I was quite worried but these gents made me feel at ease straight away. I should of left some feedback earlier, I have been meaning to I have just been so busy. After we purchased the Freelander some warranty work needed doing on the vehicle and I really thought I was going to have to have a fight to get the work done, however it was not an issue in the slightest. SR Motors sent me to a local garage to get it fixed in the click of the fingers, they didnt make it awkward, they apologised and rectified at the earliest convenience. A very very good service here, and excellent aftersales care too, I'm so impressed. This dealership comes with my highest recommendations!

The Tiguan was bought from SR Motor group for my birthday, I just LOVE the car. Its fantastic, what I love the most about it is the sports mode it really picks some speed up when you put your foot down. Its a nice big comfy car, its just ace. Its my first time owning an automatic and the transition from manual wasn't that bad and I got used to it quite quickly and I am really enjoying it so far, I think Ill be auto moving forward now, they are super simple to drive. My partner bought the car over the phone and online and throughout, the salesmen were brilliant. Very responsive and we wasn't waiting long at all for a reply at any time. I couldn't be happier! The service was Superb just like my car (Skoda Superb)! Simon dealing with me, he was great, so helpful and friendly. I had a lovely chat with the guy who buys all the cars and bring them in and out, unfortunately I didn't catch his name but he was great with me! The process was very smooth with no problems or hitches. I saw the car a week before I bought it. That day I test drove the Superb for an hour and a half at my own leisure with no pressure what so ever, I have never had this before. Highly recommended.

My new Sorento is very nice, it was beautifully clean and worth every penny I paid. The staff here at SR Motors were all very kind, happy to help and friendly. I love driving the Sportage a lot, its super comfy and the perfect size. The customer service I received was 100% A*. They saw to all of my needs, the staff got multiple cars out that I was interested in (not to mention how pristine they all were) and had them all ready to test drive which was above and beyond. They really went out their way and above and beyond for us they were just perfect. When a car upgrade is due I will be coming back to SR motor Group. Thanks guys I cant thank you enough.
