I purchased a Mercedes B- class recently and I am made up with it, the car is perfect, I'm loving driving it. I dealt with a tall gentleman, he was brilliant, any questions I asked, he answered, was always willing to help. Everybody I spoke to was very friendly and just generally nice people. My C- class is absolutely amazing. It is astonishing to drive and feels very luxurious inside. The salesman was helpful enough and made the transaction simple and efficient. I would happily consider using these guys again, but I'm sure it wouldn't be for a long time as I'm currently loving my new purchase!

I must say that the 2 hour drive to collect my Discovery was well worth it, and I WOULD definitely do it again! The car has been an absolute pleasure to drive ever since we collected it from SR Motor Group, it has caused us no issues at all, and has done everything we have expected it to do. The gentleman who sold us the car was absolutely terrific, he went above and beyond the duty. Due to the distance I didn't want to waste my time driving up if it wasn't up to the standard I expected, so I asked for pictures and further videos of the inside and outside to get a good sense of what the condition was. The salesman was more than happy to do this for me and sent them to me almost instantly, he was really accommodating and made the whole purchase very simple and efficient. I would highly, highly recommend these guys, they have been so helpful and got us a really good, high quality Discovery. We couldn't be happier!

I recently purchased a car from SR Motor Group. I wasn’t sure if I was going to go and buy a car or just browse. I walked into the showroom and was instantly greeted by a gentleman with a smile. He didn’t pressure us into anything and said he was there if and when we needed him. I found a car that I liked so asked if it was possible to have a look round the inside. I was handed the key and said they were there if I had any questions. The car was immaculate with one tiny fault. As soon as I mentioned this the salesman wrote it down and told me it would be fixed. I decided to buy the car and part exchange my old one. I was given a fair price for mine and we sorted a test drive the same day. Once I was happy with the test drive, they took the car in to service and MOT it for me,. The car was also valeted and the small issue was fixed. 100% happy with the service and communication from this garage. Will definitely go back in the future.

My Kuga is probably one of my favourite purchases I've ever made. The comfort is amazing, the drive is perfect and I've found it to be exactly the right height for me, I just couldn't be happier with it. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, they really guided me through my purchase, explaining everything as we went, I was offered all additional products and once declined not a single mention of them again, no pushiness or pressured selling. Everything is great with my new Kadjar, its such a lovely little car and I'm finding any excuses possible to get and about, I really enjoy driving it, its smooth, comfortable and most of all easy!
