A seriously smooth and easy transaction buying a car from this business. As a company ourselves, we understand that great customer service is detrimental. Would I recommend SR motor group in Swindon? YES. Would I buy another car from them? YES. Very impressed with the organisation, level of care and quality of stock. I was blown away with the salesman and his knowledge. There was not a question he couldn't answer, I know I'm a picky guy, but he was great and very patient. The Mercedes is fantastic and just as the chap described, no problems at all.

Thanks to the lads and everyone that helped me buy my new car, I was quite indecisive and they gave me lots of information and details of the cars I was interested, they never tried to sway my decision to a more expensive car, when they probably could have. I finally decided on an Alfa Romeo and Im absolutely chuffed to bits with it.

I did have a small issue with my car but the dealership got it sorted, quickly and very professionally. When I first met the salesman he was very friendly and helpful, and when I contacted with an issue the same service was received. Very happy over-all and I'd still be very happy buying my next car here again.
