I went to a franchised dealer in Swindon, I told them what I wanted - a Ford Focus, and before I knew it I was test driving something way out of my price range, that I was never interested in. I was told the site needed to hit monthly sales targets so that's why they were trying to upsell. I didn't have much hope after this. I use a garage in Swindon for MOT and servicing and its behind SR Motor Group, so I've always seen the cars on the forecourt and they always look in top condition. I decided to go down and as soon as I walked in, there was a Ford Focus which was EXACTLY what I wanted. The main guy who dealt with us, just made us feel valued and welcome - it was that first initial contact that made my decision. I test drove and loved it, they didn't put any pressure on me to buy the car or any other car for that matter, handed us the keys and said take it for a spin and let me know what you think. The Focus is perfect, I absolutely love it, its lovely to drive and extremely quiet whilst driving. The price was right, the service was amazing and they really did look after us, I have already recommended to my Father-in-Law and he's been down to look, I will continue to recommend and will most definitely be buying from SR Motor Group again when ready.

Very happy with everything over-all. I bought a Hyundai Sante Fe, its automatic and like a dream to drive. Its smooth, easy and just generally nice to drive. The car is in great condition and the price was really competitive. The guys at SR Motor Group are nice people, very easy to get on with and extremely helpful. The parcel shelf was missing when I bought the car but SR sourced me another one, they just went the extra mile to ensure I was completely happy with the car and service. Highly recommend the dealership and their quality cars and amazing customer service.

I went to a couple of dealerships in Swindon to look at cars before I went to SR Motor Group. I didn't even consider any of the cars at the other dealership, the staff were rude, the salesman was speaking to my partner rather than me, and made comments about female customers/drivers, I was completely put off from this. I went to SR very open minded, and from the first point of contact they were absolutely brilliant, they were so helpful and approachable, and firstly asked who the car was for, when they knew it was for me, all conversations and questions were aimed at me and not my partner. I felt valued and respected as a customer - as a female customer. I was extremely happy with the service they provided, they were quick at sorting everything out and it was always at my convenience, I struggled with the opening times, so they went above and beyond for me - they got the car ready within 24 hours to suit me. I bought a Nissan Pulsar and I absolutely love the car, its only 3 years old, its the newest car I've ever owned, I'm so pleased with it. I will always recommend SR Motor Group to friends and family, and especially anybody who has had a bad experience with dealership previously - I can honestly say it was a breath of fresh air doing business with you and I will definitely buy from SR again in the future.

I have just bought a BMW 3 Series from SR Motor Group, my boyfriend also bought an Vauxhall Astra from them at the same time, they have been absolutely fantastic through-out. I absolutely love my car, Its nice and smooth to drive and surprisingly very comfortable inside. The dealership really looked after us they provided such brilliant service, both myself and boyfriend are extremely happy with our cars and will be recommending moving forward.

I recently bought a Volkswagen Beetle, and she is absolutely perfect!! I love her!! Amazing to drive, smooth, comfy and looks incredible. The service provided by SR Motor Group in Swindon was excellent, I cant think of anything negative at all - it was quick, easy and straight forward. SR Motor Group have been so patient and understanding with me, I recently bought an Audi A1, and I absolutely love the car but there are a few bits of work that need doing. I have this booked it in with them, they have been so helpful with this, the after sales is just as good as the sales service. When I bought the car it was a lovely smooth process they were brilliant with me and really looked after me. I am really happy with the car over-all.

I bought a Ford Focus Zetec recently, its not my usual type of car, but I needed something efficient and cheap to run, I've really become to love it, its really easy to drive and function, I am very pleased. It's a massive difference from my previous 3.5 litre engine so took a while to get used to the gears etc, but I'm actually really enjoying driving it. Service was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. SR Motor Group made the process quick and easy and very straight forward, happily recommend.

It was a little strange buying a car without stepping foot into a dealership. I called to talk to SR Motor Group about a lovely Fiat 500 they had in stock. On the first phone call, the dealer gave me all the information I needed, they was lovely, very helpful. We then had a few further phone calls and I knew I was buying from a reliable garage, dealer then arranged for the car to be delivered - it was such an easy process, I literally didn't have to leave the house once. The Fiat 500 is perfect, I love it. I was a bit nervous that it might be a tight fit with the 2 children as well, but we all fit in great, its nice and comfortable, and the kids love it too - mainly because the roof goes down.... I am really impressed with the car and more so with how straight forward the process was. Thanks SR!
