I had been looking for ages for a BMW X5 Series, I wanted a specific spec, had a budget on price and mileage and only wanted one in a fantastic condition. SR Motor Group had EXACTLY what I was looking for, it took me months to find this car, and it really was the only I found that I liked the look of, so we travelled to see it. I was not disappointed - the car was everything we wanted, and we agreed the sale there and then. Simon was fantastic, he was pleasant, helpful and is a man of his word, everything he said he would do, he did. There was a minor mark on the wing mirror, he ordered a new cover, had it sprayed and delivered it to me - he went above and beyond for us. Extremely happy with the whole process, and thanks to Simon for making it happen!

My Wife and I are extremely pleased with BMW 3 Series, my Wife is driving the car mainly, and she's thrilled with it, I have been out and about it, and I can vouch for her - its lovely to drive and has a great feel to it. The customer service provided by SR Motor Group was truly fantastic, the staff were helpful, welcoming and very informative. Highly recommend, and I would happily buy from SR again in the future.

I can't really fault the service provided at the dealership, they have been helpful and polite through-out, even when an issue arose, they did what they could to help. There was an issue with the battery, I think it was just an old battery in the car, I contact SR Motor Group, and they did get this sorted, so I can't complain on that side of things, Really happy with the Ssangyong Korando, its lovely to drive, really enjoying it. The car was delivered to me, which was handy. I would happily use again in the future, and recommend.

I am very happy with my Vauxhall Antara from SR Motor group! I have had it for a while now and it's been perfect. I have had a couple of very minor issues sorted out very quickly and easily and the dealers have been really helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone!

purchased vxr coras with no v5 or slip was told it will be sent to me in post 1month later still no v5 called garage and was told i need apply for v62 so it was a lie regrading v5 been sent in the post anyway went to my post office with the completed form it was rejected so i called garage again who told me to send information through and it will sorted. 3moths still no v5 and it means i cant tax the car so im drive it illegally i have asked to return car and they told me take legal action

I had the misfortune to buy a car from these people. All looked good for the first three days, then the engine suddenly cut out while driving in traffic. After a few minutes it started again, only to cut out again. I had the car inspected independently and the conclusion was that a second hand, faulty engine management module had been fitted to it. The short story is that I had to take them to court and I won the case and they had to pay my money back and all of the expenses. However this took about nine month to complete. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
