This is solely my opinion and only represents my dealings with these people they are evasive non responsive quite frankly a disgrace brought a vehicle which then after 1600 miles the turbo failed i have then since found out that the service history is totally useless as the engine was changed some 16000+ miles ago all attempts to get the issue resolved has failed so far they this week alone have failed to respond to 3 phone calls always saying the person is not available then ignoring an email and that's not even me contacting them that's the contact attempts of the finance broker i have been without a vehicle for two weeks to date and they couldn't care less.

I have just bought an Jaguar XF from SR motors and I would like to say how well l was treated, Ray & Naz were very help full and polite , they made buying a car from them a pleasure and will certainly be buying my next car there , thank you again Ray & Naz

Avoid Avoid! I recently bought a Ford Galaxy from SR Motor Group, took 1 month for them to arrange the sale, once sale had gone through the car is a disgrace. THERE ARE NO DOOR HANDLES IN THE BACK, took it back the next day, the mechanic told us we were fools for buying it from them and told us to basically go away (to put it politely). Now taking them to court.
