We decided to look for a new car, a better car for towing our caravan, we was looking at small SUV's, 4X4s, Hyundai's, Ford's, Volkswagen's - we really wasn't sure on the make or model we wanted, just wanted a reliable car. We went to SR Motor group and they had a lovely Ford Kuga in, low mileage, great condition and a very competitive price. It didn't have a tow bar, but we was happy to have this fitted, if it was the right car for us. And the car is definitely right for us, we love it! No problems so far, driven it quite a lot to get a feel for it, and so far, so good. Simon was lovely, we had no problems with the customer service, in fact Simon went above and beyond for us, I can't fault him. He welcomed us in the showroom, and gave us great advice about the cars, lots of knowledge. When we went to collect the Kuga, he had taxed it and completed all the paperwork for the part exchange, over-all a fantastic service and we got the car that was right for us.

John was very professional and helpful throughout the process of getting my car. It was in top condition as described and at a very good price. He made the whole process very easy. Would recommend to anyone else!

I would not recommend buying a car from this dealer as their after service is shocking. Put the wrong tyres on my car which made it dangerous as it was pulling to the left and refused to resolve my issue. They are only interesting in selling cars for profit and not providing the customer with a great service.

I called about a Astra and Sam said he had lent it out to an old boy as it was free tax ( I thought that was odd, but if true was a nice thing to do). He promised to call me when it came in, and said he was not sure if it will be back tue, wed but no matter what he would give me first refusal. After a week I called him back asking about the Astra and he said it’s been sold!!! Of course I was angry as Sam let me down!! He was very apologetic and said he could help me out with another car and would knock a bit off. When asked if he was the manager he said he was so I believed him ! So I agreed and he said he would send me cars to look at. Sam sent me cars that was out my budget!! I told him how much I had to spend. He sent me an over priced VW ! I asked him if he could send me cars in my budget as promised, and because I was stupidly waiting for a week I felt he did owe me that! He said I was being aggressive and if I continued he would report me to the police !! As this number he was sending the 2 cars on was his private number!! To be honest I told him I was annoyed as he didn’t keep to his word! He was rude, and insulting, and only kept saying it’s a business he runs and has to make money!! They are a big let down ! And I’m glad this happened as I realised I was dealing with the clown from the circus!! I’m with the -5 star don’t waste your time!! So happy I did not buy from them

Recently purchased a Skoda Fabia from SR motor group and was very impressed and happy with their service. No pressure sales.

I just purchased a 2013 Discovery 4 HSE from SR Motor Group ,it was a good price,not great but good,I bought it knowing it needed new pads and discs all round and new timing belts,this I accepted,i drove it home and gave it to an independent Landrover dealer who did the above work,but I was informed it needed new lower arms which cost me a further £800 to complete the work,something i didn’t expect,especially as the car had just had past its MOT 5 days previously,which brings me to the beware part This car past it’s MOT with 0 advisories with brakes that we’re a wreck and totally destroyed lower arm bushes,it should have failed and would have at any other MOT station but it didn’t at the MOT station immediately attached to SR MOTORS,it reminds me of the old addich “ do turkeys vote for Christmas “ and percunnery interest Very polite people but sadly flawed but you do reap what you sow My advice is take a mechanic with you before buying and don’t be fooled by there nice manor ,double check everything I contacted the dealer in relation to the lower arms and his response “ they all have a problem with the lower arms” no offer of full or partial compensation was offered

I bought a Seat Leon from SR motors and I do not have anything negative to say. I came all the way from Birmingham and they treated me so well.
