My first contact was with Phil, when I called to arrange a viewing of an MX5, I live just about an hour's drive from Sittingbourne and had just started my journey when my phone rang. It was Phil telling me that unfortunately he was unaware that someone else was viewing the car on the same day. He apologised and said he didn't want me to waste a journey and would phone me to let me know the outcome. That afternoon Phil rang to say that the MX5 was still available. The following day James showed me the MX5, James was very knowledgeable about the car and there was no pressure to buy. No add ons like paint protection. Just a great car sourced by James and sold honestly. It was worth the hour drive back through storm Ciara! Bought the MX5 and love it.

We recently purchased a second car at St. Michaels Garage and were very impressed with the service from start to finish. The sales team aren't pushy at all, rather they leave you be to approach them with any questions and give you the time and space you need to browse. When we collected the Citroen C1, it had been thoroughly cleaned and service and MOT done allowing you to gain the full 12 months peace of mind, We've had a small issue which has been rectified quickly and efficiently as the car is under warranty. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would definitely buy again from them in the future.

I recently brought a Mini Countryman for ST Michaels on Millen road, after a bad experience I was very unsure but they guys there were lovely, I was aloud to test drive the car on my own and there was no pressure at all to buy the car, they were extremely helpful even after I purchased the car and they also serviced and MOT it for me too, after this they also said they would change my plates to my personal one for me, so brought the car back a week later and they were lovely and it was done in 10 minutes can’t recommend the guys enough there, was a lovely experience and I will definitely buy from them in the future. From our initial visit to view a mini for our Daughter to picking it up, we received first class service from everyone we met. The car was given a service, MOT, and 3 month guarantee. Not the cheapest but the service and guarantees more than made up for the lack of any big discount. Left with peace of mind that our daughter would have a safe vehicle to drive in. From the moment I arrived to view a selection of cars I was greeted by a salesman who was very helpful but not pussy. had a great knowledge of vehicles on site, he explained that the cars are checked before sale, once purchased the vehicle was given a folder and contact numbers also a 3month warranty. salesman was excellent will use St Michael garage again
