Thank you to all the staff at St . Michaels garage . We secretly purchased a Ford Fiesta as a surprise for her 1st car. The service from start to finish could not have been better. On arrival to take a look at the car we were handed the keys to the vehicle by Phillip who left us to have a good look at our leisure. We decided very quickly that this was the car for our daughter and set about purchasing it. Again we were very pleased to be offered a full service with other benefits which we did not have to even ask for. On the day we came to collect the car our daughter still had no idea . She believed the car to have been sold to someone else so was very disappointed. While she looked at the cars on display the car was driven round to outside the showroom. The keys were handed to her at which point she burst into floods of tears. The entire staff had gathered to watch and take photos of the moment then invited her in to sign for her new car. The Fiesta was exceptionally clean, all paperwork was prepared and fuel in the tank. Needless to say my daughter totally loves her new car. We cannot thank you all enough for the wonderful service we received and will most defiantly recommend and use this garage again .
