I recently part exchanged my trusty old Audi A3 for a brand-new 2023 model. The new car is just six months old, and I was eager to see how it compared to my previous ride. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ricardo at Stafford Audi during the sales process. Unlike the typical pushy sales tactics, Ricardo created a relaxing and friendly environment. He genuinely cared about my needs and preferences. My new Audi A3 handles well and even with 18 inch wheels it remains a comfortable ride.

I could not be happier with my Audi A5. It drives like a dream, and I felt like a kid in a candy store when they handed me the keys to my new car. Luke, the salesman that I dealt with, was really nice. He let me take my time exploring the car without watching over me, but he was also on hand if I needed to ask him questions. I would definitely shop with this company again and recommend them to family and friends. 

This is my first time using Stafford Audi. I happened to find out about them on Facebook. Martin was a proper sound guy, and he made sure that I understood everything before driving away in my new car. I'm loving my new Audi Q3; it is really nice and a joy to get behind the wheel in it. 

Absolutely adore the car and the team in Stafford were wonderful. Only slight disappointment is the number of marks on the bodywork. This is the third ex-demonstrator I’ve had and the condition of the body work was disappointing considering it was less than a year old. There were scratches along the boot where someone has clearly dragged bags out rather than lift them. Both back doors had chip marks in the paintwork. Both back wheel arches had scuff marks. However all of these were very easily rectified with a touch-up stick and it looks perfect again now 😊

It was about time that I let go of my first car and got an update! For my second car, I wanted something a little bit bigger now that I'm more confident at driving, which led me to look at Audi A3's. Anyway, I found a lovely white one at Stafford Audi, so I called up to get some more information before I made the long trip down from Carlisle. Ricardo kindly arranged for me to be picked up from the train station on the day of the viewing, which I thought was really nice of him. I've had the car for a little while now, and I'm really enjoying it!

6 Stars and doesn't feel like enough... Our A5 was written off so we were in a sticky situation and needed a new motor as soon as possible. We went down to speak to Leigh at Stafford Audi and he was fantastic to deal with. We wanted something quite like our A5 with all the gadgets but we were open to a little change. Leigh talked us through our options and we really liked the Q2, but unfortunately it didn't have everything we needed on the car like the parking sensors, but Leigh told us not to worry and added a Tech pack on the car. This saved us from having to fall in love with another car. We have now had Our new Audi Q2 for a couple of months and have to say we adore it.

I would highly recommended Stafford Audi and especially Ricardo to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. On a whole the experience was brilliant and Ricardo made that happen with his manor and professionalism. The car we ended up buying from him was a Audi A3 and it is absolutely grand.
