This dealer is let down by the service department. My service book is not stamped for a pre delivery service and I put the car details in myself. When due for a service I was inundated with texts and emails to book in on line and still I had to queue. I was greeted with "It will have to come back" why cant a recall and satnav upgrade by done at the same time as a service? I had a survey and received an email from the Danielle Smith who claimed to be the Service Manager asking when she could call I replied giving two dates I had no reply and waited by the phone and which did not ring. I even sent a reminder email after the first day. I presume she was told to send something and could not be bothered to follow it up the attitude of “Its only a customer” and “there will be another mug along soon”. The Service Department treat customers as a bit of dirt. I will never have another Hyundai while they treat customers with such destain.

We recently purchased our new Tucson from Stafford Hyundai. Our sales contact, Luke, guided us through the whole process and did a really thorough hand over. Very good service from start to finish.

Purchased car from yourselves last week, James gave excellent customer service, very friendly, good banter no hard push, Even when he had to do all paper work again, the next day, as I changed my mind, as one of the cars I had wanted to see couldn't be found, the next day it popped up on my phone, my husband wasn't to keen on me ringing to check, The car was found , so off we went back to see it, And yes like I thought loved it, My husband, wasn't to keen change as everything was sorted, but when he saw it he changed his mind, and James was brilliant, changing all paper work over, He has fantastic customer service, my husband was in that role 40yrs and I still am, so we know what's excellent Service and James has it Thank you, He won't forget us 😂😂

left my car here to have its first service 10k miles . first thing i was told was i would have to pay 10 pounds plus vat for a covid 19 wipe down of the car, its anything to squeeze more money from you. when i got the car back there was no evidence of any routine service jobs being carried out on the car, door hinges and battery connection not greased for example. the car did not run correctly and on my first trip out it broke down , the fuel filter pipes had not been fitted correctly and had come away spraying fuel all over the engine bay. fortunately i had some mechanical knowledge and was able to fix the car on the side of the road . when my wife made a complaint to the dealer she was given the automatic response of how sorry they were but they just want you to go away they have hade your money. i have since re serviced the car myself to make sure the car is safe . it goes in to Hyundai to keep the warranty up

Everybody I dealt with at Sandon Road Motors were wonderful and I'm thrilled with car, my husband bought a car from them a year ago and had a great experience so we had no reason to go elsewhere this time around.
