I bought a Honda Civic from Carl at Startin Honda, the whole process was fantastic from start to finish! I got a great deal coupled with a great experience, I felt 100% confident driving my new car home! The aftersales service with my previous Honda was also excellent, they were always informative, everything was completed on time at a fair price. The 5 year service plan option saved me alot of money too especially with the miles I do being on the road alot with my job. I always feel like a genuine cared for customer whenever I visit Startin Honda and would find it difficult to go anywhere else.

wrote to me and ASKED ME to telephone them for some good news on a certain day and time. when I phoned they said that they had some more second hand cars to sell. I never asked them to do that. Also the letter said that this was approved by Honda UK. Honda told me that they had no knowledge of this but the dealer had done nothing wrong! The service at Startin Honda Worcester was not very good either. They seem to spend more time trying to sell you some package or another even after you said I am not interested.
