Bought a Gr Yaris from this garage had terrible service after making 3 complaints they still did not sort . The regional manager got involved finally to resolve . Very unhappy especially with the sales manager who does not have a clue .

This the third year using Toyota Bromsgrove which gives an all round service. Customers given timely notice of service due date and Alex and Ryan advise on options available. This year used collection and return after job done. Everything ran as planned. Very pleased and will continue to use them.

I changed to having my Toyota GT86 serviced here and have always been very pleased. Gary in Sales then showed me a Corolla and loaned it for an hours test drive which convinced me it was time to change to hybrid technology. Gary gave great support all the way through the trade in process and even consoled me after he had prised my GT86 keys out of my hand. A nice fella and company to deal with. I shall be continuing to use them for my servicing.
