Gary was a great salesman who spent a lot of time trying to find the right car for us. A friendly, chatty salesman with a good sense of humour which made us feel comfortable and confident about purchasing a car. We went initially to buy 1 second hand car and ended up by another but a brand new one!

I dealt with Max at Motorline Toyota Bromsgrove, From the get-go he was polite, knowledgeable and able to help. I am a disabled person, and a woman requiring a Toyota Hilux for business and although he was more used to dealing with private sales he could not of been more helpful. He could see I was struggling day one so I asked if he could hold the vehicle over Christmas which he did, I had a test drive and I was sold. He sorted out all the hoops I had to jump through with my insurance company and when I finally got the Hilux I couldn't be happier and he was so pleased for me. Other dealers of vehicles like this should take note, I was over-looked and dismissed by Nissan and Mitsubishi, So thank you Max.
