We should not have worried , they sent us a video of the car we were buying, answered our many questions and made the process really simple.. Steve and Roger were always happy to talk us through things , very friendly and understood our concerns of purchasing without setting the car etc. They arranged delivery to us in Worcestershire , it was delivered smack on time by a really lovely helpful driver ( Phil) . To say we're are happy with our car is an understatement, no nasty surprises , the car was actually better than we had imagined and we are thrilled with it. Huge disappointed with Stockton Heath Car Sales.I bought a car from them three weeks ago. Before buying I did Total Check, there was no category entered.I bought the car and after a few days, I saw some strange marks on the front of the fender.I went to specialist to check it.He said that the car is after the accident and is damaged rear bumper, rear left fender and right front fender. I have not been informed about it.He valued the repair at 500 pounds.The car was not repaired, only a lot of putty were laid.The polishing paste was polished so that I would not see that it is painted.I sent pictures to my friend who sent them to them who he contacted them on my behalf told them about the whole situation and that I wanted to stop the car, but they need to fix it. Unfortunately, I have to repair the car myself for my money, a good professional valued it at 500 pounds and engineer from them valued the damage at 100.I don't know how it's possible because there are 3 elements to paint.The cost of painting and repairing one element with a good specialist is 150 pounds and there are 3.

Before I bought the car, I had an AA inspection on it. After all, Stockton Heath Car Sales is supposed to have an "AA dealer promise" designation. The car had issues with the tyres and needed service. They changed the tyres, because even though it had just passed MOT, there was a nail in one of the tyres. They refused to do the service, they promised to get me a spare tyre and they did not. They then stated that they would keep my deposit if I did not buy the car, truly appalling behaviour! When I went to pick up the car, I found there were bits missing (the screw that keeps the tyre repair kit in place). As soon as I drove off the dealership the fuel light went on! The cheapest people that I have ever had a dealing with, almost made me feel sorry for them, as they acted like they are in great financial need. However, their unprofessional behaviour and petty behaviour prevented me from developing such feelings. They give a new meaning to the phrase "highway robbery". Stay away, these people should not be in the business!

NOT HAPPY...bought my car a clk320 cdi mercedes in march this year from Stockton Heath Car Sales. Glove box broke, they said they ordered one will call when its in ..we are now in September? Aparently can't get one. Electric wing mirrors go in ..but not out they couldn't do anything about that. Drivers front seat won't lift up ..pain in the ass as it a coupe..sure health and safety but passed mot? They put 2 tyres on as others were worn ..but car was making noises so paid for 2 NEW and fitter told me there was a big crack going all around the centre of 1 tyre they had put on ..this is disgraceful on a 320 merc . Aircon needed re gassing .. We had to put new disc and pads on my cost over £200.00 as the pads were so low and disc scored bad??? Electric window switch snapped off was only glued in ?. Was also charged for credit card payment which is now illegal after jan 2018. Loads wrong on this car I know its not a £20.000 car but I expected better than this as I just got rid of one shed I was ripped off with . Went to a dealer thinking I would be treated ok aparently NOT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I bought a car from Stockton Heath Car Sales in November 2017 (late review I know) and I was really happy with the service I received. I saw the Alfa Romeo Giulietta on AutoTrader and sent an email enquiry which was responded to promptly. Arranged to view the car, when I got there I was given the keys and left on My own to have a good look around the car, no pushy salesman looking over my shoulder foot tapping. I had a couple of others booked to see so left the car that day but having not seen any as good as that one I went back and purchased. All the paperwork for the car was in the globe box for me to look through and I was given a good price for my part ex. Really happy with the service I received and the car I bought. I would definitely recommend.

As my car battery needed charging, I needed my car radio code. I was surprised to find that it was not amongst the documents that they gave to me so I telephoned them to obtain it. They tried to fob me off by telling me to contact previous owner for it. I would have thought that this was standard data that they would obtain for new owner. They said that they didn't have to obtain this data but surely they would want to as part of their customer care? After my reluctance to contact previous owner, they said they'd call the car manufacturer to see if they could obtain radio code from them but I never received a call back. All care had diminished post sale. Very disappointing from Stockton Heath Car Sales.
