I recently visited Stockton Heath Car Sales to buy a Kia Sorento. The service was average, I had a few issues with the car that were not covered by the warranty but the dealership lead me in the right direction to get to them fixed. The car was not great value for money but not awful. could have been better.

Josh who I dealt with was a decent lad, when I had an engine management light came on they recommended a garage and I got it checked out, they called me the next day to check up on how it had gone, the fault wasn't clear but the car is running fine and the warranty is excellent so I'm well covered should anything happen. I recommended them to a friend who but a car here a week later and I recommend them to anybody reading this review, they're a good car dealership.

This was my first time buying from a dealership and I was pleased with my experience. They were very accommodating and helpful, The car which I purchased was a Fiat and this was ready on time and they've offered to MOT it and change the cam belt when the time comes. I would recommend Stockton Heath Car Sales.

This is a review for Stockton Heath Car Sales- they aren't the best. Basically when I called about car and asked if any issues and he said NO, there was loads of scratches all over which annoyed me and also keyed on the side which he said will buff out, it does not at all. On another occasion had to go back, take a day off. This guy said he buffed it twice, cant believe how many issues, clutch, tyres, brakes. Must have been run to the ground. Should I have spent more time checking this out. I should have been warned about certain problems over the phones. Should have followed my head on this and not my heart. 3 days holiday used on sorting this!!! Avoid.
