I took my car in for its first MOT and three weeks later drove out with a new car. There was no hard sell, I had a test drive whilst I waited for the MOT and then later Anthony came back with a deal on a new car that was hard to turn down. We would like to also mention Jack, Richie and Phil for their help in buying, a less stress free experience than elsewhere. My only complaint was that the driveaway insurance only lasted until the next evening but Anthony was able to extend, All in all very happy.

Pleasant service from booking in, to the return of my car. Lee returned my car and explained the paper work in the package, he returned the car all clean and was very professional when handing over the keys taking into consideration how careful we have to be. He was very pleasant and polite, thank you Lee.

From contacting Stonacre Durham I was met with a team of professional staff who made buying a new car and trading in my old car a relative (re Covid19 problems) experience buying my last car was a nightmare and I was apprehensive about going through the process again. However I had a very pleasant experience and an easy change of vehicle. Colin Jack and Richard could not have been more helpful as a woman doing this alone, I was reassured and guided every question answered honestly and understood by myself step by step of the process was explained. I would wholeheartedly recommend Stonacre at Durham snd the professional team who work there.

Just picked up my 4th Sportage from Stoneacre Durham, as I've gone back here for the last 6 years or so. The customer service is exceptional, whether it has been for my servicing or, to look for a new vehicle. All staff are friendly and couldn't be more helpful. A particular shout out to Jack Mckeag (Sales Manager) and Katie Laverick (sales team) who I have dealt with each time I've wanted advice on what to buy.... I can't rate this garage high enough and our friends have bought 2 cars there now also... Each of our cars has been delivered on time, we've been kept updated all the way through and nothing is ever too much trouble... thanks so much (again) Dawn & Tony.

I am highly disappointed with the service I have received from this rip off motor group!! promised me she would call me back recording a car issue, and I missed her call due to working a job. Within missing the call, she explained that it was my fault she couldn’t try again to ring back and had no option but to leave it? One - she could have texted Two - she could have left a voicemail And THREE - she could have tried ringing my self again Horrible service.
Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received at Stoneacre Durham. Graham the salesman was grumpy and very unhelpful kept disappearing. Messed me about with a car and to top it off they took £100 deposit out of my bank on a car they told me had been sold. It amazes me how the sell any cars at all!!!!!
