I have recently purchased a Seat Leon FR from this dealership. I received outstanding service from start to finish. All the staff I came into contact with during my purchase /exchange were friendly, helpful. I would especially like to mention and thank Kieran who was the top man for collecting my leon ready for Sunday, Kieran has been a diamond becauae he told me that he will get floor mats and sort out the bodywork 👍 I cant thank everyone at Stoneacre Grantham enough I am really happy about my purchase

We have bought two brand new vehicles from the Grantham Stoneacre branch and sadly I have to report the same experiences both times. The buying experience is lengthy and protracted, the shop floor salesmen have to go repeatedly back to the dealer principle for approvals. I understand finance agreements take time but empower the guys at the coalface! The guy I meet either can or can't do the deal, get rid of the middleman. Then there's the service department, they will hassle you to death from the branch and the "head office", ring back the grantham branch and after being on hold for 10 minutes on my mobile I rang the branch on a landline with the engaged tone of my mobile in the background. Someone answered the call and promised to sort and get back to me. First rule of sales is to fulfil your promises, not these guys! I'm still waiting for the return call and I also sent an email asking for a service from another branch(Lincoln Stoneacre). Neither branch has contacted me yet despite letting Stoneacre know of my experiences so far. I would recommend anyone looking to buy any car other than a brand new one to visit Motorpoint in Peterborough over and above the Grantham Stoneacre. Sorry Grantham Stoneacre but what's going on, on hold for 10 minutes, no return calls etc.

All the staff at Stoneacre Grantham are friendly and helpful. Wanting to change our car we fell in love with a mini cooper. Our finance wasn't agreeing though but would be with a newer model. Came away disappointed, but Kieran promised he would find us one. 48 hours later we were driving home in a newer, much nicer model all washed and polished for us! You can't beat that for service. Would also like to mention James who helped us too, very honest, frank and genuine. Would highly recommend!

Stoneacre in Grantham are always talking there way out of doing warranty work, Lifeline guarantee not worth the paper its written on, I found it cheaper to get work done by Vauxhall directly, Stoneacre Grantham only seem to care about one thing that is improving profits (possibly because vauxhall have given notice to all its franchise partners to start making money) I will be warning everyone I know not to use Stoneacre!!
