Beware when purchasing a car from Stoneacre in Hull they will try and sell you a 3 year car service plan. You are under the illusion that you are buying just that, 3 services on your car. It is a total con, your pay for 3 services but then when you book it in for the 3rd service they make you pay for it and argue their case. Feel totally ripped off and will never ever deal with them again. Terrible after care.

Earlier this year we took my nephew to Stoneacre Hull to look for a car and yesterday we picked up our new car. On both these occasions we dealt with Louis. He is a very pleasant young man and has been extremely helpful and professional. If I am ever asked to recommend, I will certainly point people towards contacting Louis.

Bought a Suzuki Swift from Stoneacre Hull. Had nothing but trouble. Work to vehicle not done as part of deal despite having it written down. No replies to emails. Staff do not want to put you through to a Manager. Still no vehicle handbook despite numerous requests. Only giving 1 star as 0 is not an option.

Having already purchased my car last year from Stoneacre Hull the staff could not do enough to make it a simple and easy way to buy my second car nothing is ever too much for them (Louis in sales dept always goes that extra mile to make sure everything is 100% even weeks later after purchasing this will be the only place I will buy from now as you cannot get anymore better than 100%.

Stoneacre Hull is a very good dealership.. excellent communication, friendly and warm welcoming! Will recommend.
