The Stoneacre Nightmare Update....... This doesn't get any better but worse! My original post is shown as below..... "The Stoneacre Nightmare! So my partner and I purchased two brand new cars from Alex Owen back in April 2024 (My goodness was this going to be the worst financial mistake we ever made was the biggest understatement of the century). So we're now nearly 18 months into our agreements fighting out mistakes with the FCA that not even two other reputable Cupra/Seat Dealerships could understand why Stoneacre would inflate both vehicle purchase prices then, to add insult to injury, double VAT on both purchases that would mean trading in is near impossible. Honestly we were a reputable customer for over 10 years at the Newark Road Branch but even after trying to sort this out directly with the management team, raise complaints with the appropriate team to also just to be ignored by Stoneacre generally has left us with little option but to seek further intervention. Just sad how two cars we have work so hard to get are just ruined by mistakes from this branch". As of Nov 2025 this situation has been going on for nearly one year without a resolution. We met Fabio in early October as it seems the only way Stoneacre will respond is by us writing reviews like this one. We were advised this would be sorted within a week and we gave Fabio options to resolve this but in all honestly he doesn't care about sorting this out even though my partner has mentioned to him how ill and that this all started when my partner nearly died which meant I would have needed to surrender my partners vehicle.

Thank you once again Chloe for sorting out my issue with the CUPRA.You had it collected washed and hovered twice as all the parts hadn’t come in the first time but you got the charging port all sorted in as ever your polite professional way.Thank you once again for looking after me so well and hope you’re getting recognition from all your great service you provided for the company.

Brought cars from them 2 unfit for purpose I rejected one but the conned me to part x it so it doesn’t look like I rejected it. 2nd broke and aftercare was rubbish so if your thinking of buying a car from them be careful as I do not recommend and will never recommend

I went to Stoneacre Newark Rd to look at a car that I had seen on the internet. That particular car was out on a test but the salesman Max was great sourcing me an identical car. He spoke to his manager Fabio who as well as being a thoroughly nice person did me a great deal. This is my fourth Seat from this dealership and the best experience to date. Great staff great service great cars. The whole place was clean and tidy giving an air of professionalism.

Dealt with Edd and Max from stone Acre Newark Road. The service I received from there was exceptional from start to finish. I was treated with respect and courtesy . Everything was well explained to me and even walked away with a full tank a fuel! What more can a girl ask for!! Thank you Stoneacre

After booking in my car 2 months ago for its annual service and speaking to the service manager callum Brown on Monday I called the dealership to finalise everything only to find out that the courtesy car that I was to be given was not available I had paid for the service and everything when I bought the car it's only threw calling them I found out this is the worst customer service ever they never return phone calls or anything this is meant to be a firm that cares alll liew lies lies
