Paid £6000 for a suzuki swift from Stoneacre Stoke, it took 3 weeks to get it and when i did it hadnt had bodywork done as promised, it hadnt been washed or polished and still had grease round the wheels where it had had 2 new tyres it was filthy inside because they hadnt valeted it either. If your moneys hard earned dont spend it here. Wrote to head office and they didnt even have the courtesy to reply, not surprised though. I bought a car that looked like it had come from a car auction not a car showroom.

Very impressed with the service I received from Karl, from helping me choose colour and model to handing me the keys and explaining all the controls- there are Lots of them! I have always wanted a mini and went into Stoneacre in Stoke because I saw one as I was driving pass. I was able to get the right mini thanks to Adeeb, who believes that the best way to sell a car is to test drive it, not to talk about it. He made the whole process relatively easy from start to finish and I was able to drive away the car I wanted.
