During my car search, I engaged with several local dealers and explained to each of them why I was in the market for new car (forced to buy one due to being rear-ended and my old car being written off by my insurers). Stow Car Company were the only ones who expressed a normal human reaction to hearing I had been in an accident. Every other dealer I spoke with were interested in the accident only insofar as it related to me not having a vehicle to trade in as part of any future purchase (depressing, but true). At time of writing I've had my new (used) car from Stow for around 2 months. So far the car has driven flawlessly. It was inspected/prepped before collection, with documented evidence provided for works undertaken. The car was supplied with a fresh MOT, serviced, and some essential parts/consumables replaced as part of said prep. The car came with 6 months RAC Platinum warranty (never say never but, I'll be surprised if its needed). Belt and braces: since owning the car I've also taken it to a main dealer (for third party verification) for brand-specific checks on the hybrid system and a general visual safety inspection, all of which, as expected, came back 'green'. Stow Car Company appear to be 'fussy' about the quality of the cars they offer, which is to the benefit of their customers. For me, they had the right make/model with the right balance of age, mileage, condition, spec, price, service, quality assurance and aftercare. When the time comes I need another car, I'll be surprised if I don't end up buying from Stow again.

I brought the car online as I live quite far from Stow Car Company but the communication from them was excellent. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and even advised me how to get the car delivered which was good. The Nissan is brilliant, I really can't speak highly enough of the guys at Stow.

We were looking for a long-wheelbase Ford connect for some time and came across one at Stow Car Company they are few and far between, the mats were missing which is my only issue the service down there was pretty good I had no problems at all

Without doubt the best car dealership we have ever dealt with. Andy is justifiably proud of his business and we found him to be efficient, friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy or overbearing. Our vehicle was given a service, new MOT, RAC inspection, 6 months RAC warranty and 12 months free RAC breakdown cover which goes a long way to giving us confidence in our purchase. Just bought a Nissan Townstar from this company and what a great vehicle and great service. I purchased the van online, received detailed video of its condition. Excellent communication throughout whole buying process they advised me how to arrange shipping of vehicle to my home. All of our retail cars go through an 82 point RAC preparation standard inspection in addition to our own in-house pre-delivery inspection. The price you see is the price you pay. Unlike many other dealers WE DO NOT CHARGE AN ADMIN FEE. We cannot see how other dealers justify adding £100 - £250 to the invoice once you have already agreed a deal?
