I recently purchased a VW Caddy from Stow Car Company and I could not have asked for better service. He explained everything in detail and was completely truthful. I am normally very specific with things like this and I cannot say a single bad word. He was brilliant and I would have no issue recommending the dealership or going back to them myself in the future.

I have bought two cars from Stow. I have found the two salesmen Andy and Marc to be both honest and reliable. The cars they sell are of the highest quality, backed up by the RAC. Highly recommended.

I couldn't fault them at all. Very friendly, very attentive - they even picked me up from the train station because I had to travel so far. There was no pressure sales tactics, they just gave me the keys and said to have look around in my own time which I appreciated. I'd happily give them 5 stars.

The car is fine but it is making a strange noise so I'm going to take it back to the dealership to have a look at shortly. The staff were good - I can't remember who I dealt with there but he was nice.
