Just problems over problems with the car and dealer just a very rude dealer I had to phone up multiple times a day for two weeks to get a simple problem solved and all you get is 3 months warranty just so unhappy

I bought a car from Stratus 6 month ago, very happy with it, we now use them for servicing the whole family's cars.
I have recently purchased a car from Stratus Cars and found the whole experience to be very pleasant, i did however have a problem with my window 2 month after purchasing the car, i phoned Stratus service department and they booked my car in and fixed it the same day free of charge all covered under the warranty. Very happy with the whole buying experience would go back.
With out doubt the worst car buying experience I have had, car had multiple problems from day one, in two months of ownership the car has been off the road a total of 9 days with no replacement or courtesy car offered. The servicing department couldn't be faulted they were helpful and fixed the mechanical issues, have now discovered the car has had some major extremely shoddy body work done, took the car back for a third time this time to reject the vehicle for them to say they won't even give me a partial refund and the best thing for me to do was sell the car on privately! Avoid this dealer at all costs, terrible attitude.

young man, The Consumers Rights Act 2015, the "LAW" says upto 6 months warranty NOT 3 ,and they are resposable, after 6 month you have to prove the faulty goods, upto 6 years, and STRATUS CARS know this, but like most of us just belive. it's only your time now , its about 5 lines, just look on google "Consumers Right Act 2015" . small claims cost £105, for upto £3000, if you lose, its only £105, no cost from others side, or very rear. Again your time go to "GOV.UK" Small claims, section" N1"is the form or easy go on line 5mins top, you'll be surprised trust me, again your time, go online, GOV.UK, Then sectoin, "SMALL CLAIM", form N1 . takes15 mins to fill in form and is very ,very simple don't let them get away with it. i'm doing it now , and i cant read properley. court send papers same day,when Stratus are served, Stratus car Will be jumping all over you, good will gesters, they know they will lose. Courts faver the Custerm,if you lose its only your side to pay and thats £105 for upto £3000. poss pay out. good luck, up to you. jimx. also check out, MEET YOUR STRAWMAN, (its on utube its 3 min long and its a cartoon,) your laugh for days.
I have to say i was very impressed with my experience in buying my Peugeot 207 from Stratus Cars around 4-5 weeks ago. The car was exactly as it was advertised, ive not really had any problems,. A couple of headligh bulbs went but i replaced them myself, its only minor and couldnt expect them to know they would go. They were worth leaving a good review for and recommending
