Very good initial service when we purchased our vehicle from Suffolk Trade Centre back in April 18. The after care from the company is shocking with very poor communication! I took the vehicle back for work under warranty and they have now had my vehicle for 2 weeks and we are still unaware when we will be getting it back... I brought the vehicle to tow which I do daily and the courtesy car I have is a tiny little thing which means I’m unable to carry out my job correctly.

"Hands up" it did take 2 weeks to get your 135000 mile Landrover Discovery back on the road, however it wasn't through lack of trying. We made several phone calls to the client to make them aware of the issues around getting the parts needed to repair the gearbox. It involved a seal which a 3rd party garage who specialises in gearbox repairs had trouble in getting hold of. And yes we did lend you our courtesy car for the duration your vehicle was off the road. In total we spent just over £1500 putting your car right for you even though you had exceeded the terms and conditions of the warranty. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and hope you can now enjoy your vehicle.
I travelled from Ireland to buy a used Audi A4 from Suffolk Trade Centre and found them to be professional, honest and good value. The car was as advertised and really immaculate throughout. The guy I dealt with was called Trevor and he was easy to deal with and very helpful. I would strongly recommend them.
