Complete screw overs. When I test drove the car I noticed some work that needs to be done.. including an issue with the air suspension, the steering wheel being off centre and cracking near full lock... along with a few more issues. Picking up the car I was informed all issues were fixed and as i drove off, the car went into limp mode and plumed with smoke... covering the street so had to wait a while longer to pick up the car. After owning my x5 for a week or two the issues kept rising and informed the garage I wasn't happy the car was safe and wanted to return. To which I was completely disregarded.. After another while of back and forth with their after sales manager they agreed to fix the issues... to which they fixed one (Air suspension error) My car came back with the headlight and all tail lights bar one not working (this was not faulty bulbs) after months I finally decided to drop the car off as I was getting nowhere with SUV 4X4 to which they told me they wouldn't fix anything... I was also informed they had claimed through my warranty without my knowing... In collusion the amount of money and time I have lost due to the lack of care after purchase. I am fairly young and work hard for every penny that they have caused me to part with. I should have read the negative reviews before choosing SUV 4X4 Prestige
